    Oh my gosh, I totally agree with the other review. I got this necklace and earrings and it's been, like, so awful! Their customer service is seriously the worst! I called and was put on hold for what felt like forever and didn't get any help. Also, my package never showed up and I still haven't gotten my money back! It's been three weeks and I'm getting super frustrated!

    Christmas present jewelry

    I got some really adorable jewelry for Christmas, but I only ended up getting one piece instead of two. The tracking info had both items under the same number, but only one actually arrived. The invoice only listed the item I received, and I couldn't even get a hold of customer service to sort it out. Not cool at all!

    very disappointed in Kendra Scott's return policy, which by the way is null and void. i bought my granddaughters a necklace for Christmas and I bought it in rose gold, which was not what my granddaughter wears. When she tried to exchange, not return it she was told no because it was custom. How hard would it be to put that crystal in a different necklace that was gold. I also was in the store and purchased a necklace for my daughter prior to Christmas and the sales rep. never disclosed to me that it wasn't returnable, I specifically told them I wanted a receipt in case they wanted to exchange it. Will not buy anything from Kendra Scott again and will tell my friends what terrible return policy they have.

    Elisa Rose Gold Pendant Necklace in Iridescent Drusy & Elisa Silver Pendant Necklace in Platinum Drusy

    I bought 2 necklaces (Elisa Pendant Necklaces), 1 in silver and the other rose gold in July 2021 online. I wore them maybe a dozen times over a few months, putting them back in their grey bags each time, never wearing them when I worked out or got into the water. My neck started to turn green, GREEN, I have sensitive skin so immediately stopped wearing them because I will begin to get a rash after my skin turns green and contacted customer service November 25, 2021.
    After MANY MANY back and forth emails I finally was able to ship them back to get them replaced (refund was not allowed anymore). Almost 3 weeks ago I sent both necklaces back in their original grey bags, but now the receiving team is saying I only sent back one. I am floored, this is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Not only did it take them from November 25, 2021 to today (3/9/2022) to send me replacements for their JUNK product, but now I will never get back the silver one which I did send back.

    Don't waste your money, the qualify of these products is not worth the price. You should consider buying from Park Lane (never turned my neck green or gave me a rash 2 years later) or just buying real silver jewelry for much much cheaper.

    Also had a negative experience. A few months after purchase, even though I had the receipt, the company would not repair a link that broke! Will never ask for nor purchase K/S again. Sad.

    Blue necklace and silver ring with blue stone

    Bought necklace from Kendra Scott, stone changed color from a turquoise color to a dark green that looks dirty..recently purchased a silver ring with quarts blue stone wore for a week and turned finger green..worst company. Way to high priced for cheap not well made fake jewelry. Feels like a scam and a total waste of money. DO NOT WASTE your money here..60-70 ring that turns your finger green? Give me a break absolute garbage.

    parsons earrings

    I ordered the new white pearl parsons (in addition to a pair of teal parsons and some other purple earrings). I wore the white pearl parsons last out of the 3 I ordered and upon putting them on, I realized the back was very unstable (i.e. it was wobbly and will definitely break). In addition the stones of the earrings I ordered are not like what I've received in the past. I've been a customer for several years and with the last order the merchandise had a "cheap" feel and appearance - not worth $88.00 a pair and not sure what kind of "real" stones they're using these days. I reached out to customer service and they can't offer an exchange because they no longer have the item in stock, I can't get my $$ back because I'm just past the 30 days (again please remember I ordered and wore 2 other pairs previously) and they don't do repairs - they offered me a merchandise credit if I return the earrings. While I acknowledge the "option" - I would expect more from a company that claims their product is "thoughtfully" crafted. Just overall poor customer service, especially for a loyal customer that has spent a sh*t ton of $$ over the years and got all my friends wearing the brand. Thanks for sticking it to me!

    First off this website does not allow you just check off just one star. The product that Kendra Scott is not of good quality. I purchased a set of ear rings. I emailed in requesting what my options where all they are able to do is let me purchase another earring at half the price. Even worse they drag you around d email after email basically just repeating the same thing. This product is not worth the money. Will be taking my business else where.

    5 pairs of earrings and several necklaces

    The products look ok, but you must purchase KS necklaces and earrings to be able to wear them together. Otherwise the colors don’t match. I wanted to be able to wear existing jewelry with the KS and cannot. Also the earrings fall off. I have already lost two. I will not be purchasing from KS again.

    I love Kendra Scott jewelry. I have bought so much in the past year for both my daughters and myself. I had ordered jewelry a while back that I did not receive. Straight away I got back to KS, and explained the situation. I was told I would get a refund, and it didn't happen. A while later I contacted KS, and they said the window to UPS had closed to file a claim. So ridiculous because that should be their loss for not following up with the claim in a prompt manner. The loss should not be passed down to the customer. I am a blogger/influencer and shall immediately cease all promotion of Kendra Scott as I can't in good faith recommend a line that doesn't have exceptional customer service. Gorgeous jewelry, but awful customer service.

    Chastain ring

    Ordered this fine jewelry piece the end of November after losing my mother. In February when I put it on to wear, I noticed that the moonstone was cracked. I contacted Kendra Scott & was told that they would repair. Then the next day was told that it was after 30 days of purchase so they would not repair. I have only wore the ring 3 times since I purchased.
    I like Kendra Scott jewelry & was looking to purchase some other items. But since they do not stand behind their products I will shop at a local jeweler that will.
