I just had the most wonderful experience at the new Highland Village store in Houston, TX. Grace U very graciously and patiently helped me find just the right pair of birthday earrings. The new store is lovely. I recommend you visit when you can, and ask for Grace! She's awesome.

Kendra Scott black necklace
I have about 10 items of Kendra Scott but will never purchase again. I bought the black necklace with the black chain and wore it about 4 times and the hook broke. I contacted them and asked if they would fix it and they said no unless I had receipt. I had the bag and box and store I bought it but they would not fix it. They know it is theirs when it has there tag on it. I will start buying Susan Shaw or something else from now on. I love jewelry. Very disappointed and I have told my kids and grand kids to purchase another brand.

Kenda Scott is the worse company for customer service. They don't return phone call and emails. I am beginning to serious wonder about them.
