New style underwear purchase
I bought some new underwear from this company and used their size chart to pick out the right size. But when I got them, they were way too big. I reached out to customer service to see about getting a replacement or refund, but they weren't very helpful. Even though I only tried on one pair and had bought three in total, they wouldn't budge. My whole interaction with their customer service left me feeling let down.

Switching phone service
My experience switching from my old service to the new one was really great. As soon as my number got transferred over, everything started working like a charm. But, there are a couple of issues with the text messaging service. I'm not receiving any texts for things like Facebook 2FA. Plus, when I make calls from the app, my number doesn't show up on the other person's phone.

It was really annoying not knowing where my package was. Nowadays, with all the tech we have, businesses should make sure to give us customers accurate tracking info.

Monet Immersive tickets
I messed up and bought tickets for the Monet Immersive exhibition on the wrong date from the website. I ended up accidentally purchasing tickets for the wrong day because the transaction still went through, even though I didn't finish it. So now, I've got two sets of tickets for the same event. I contacted customer service and asked if I could get a voucher to swap out the original tickets, and they were totally cool with it.
