The Lattelier Team really impressed me with how professional and efficient they were during my recent experience. I had ordered something that ended up being unavailable, but instead of just canceling it without telling me, they actually reached out to me with some other options. I was really impressed with how well they communicated and took care of everything. And when I gave them my preference, they responded right away and updated my order. I'm really grateful for how responsive and attentive they were.
