Long-awaited flight refund
It took forever, but I finally got my full refund from my canceled flight last year due to the pandemic. Can you believe it took a whole 14 months to get my $700 back? I had already given up on it, but after bugging customer service nonstop, I finally got my money back. It shouldn't have taken so long, but at least I got it in the end. Better late than never, I guess!

QuickStick product issue
I wanted to share an experience I had with the QuickStick product. I ended up getting four faulty sticks, all priced at $28 each.
