Incorrect item, refund, return process
I bought a harness from that store not too long ago, but got it in the wrong color. I followed their return process and sent it back to Canada like they said. Even though I showed proof that I mailed it back, I still haven't gotten my money back after a whole month. They haven't been keeping me updated and it seems like they're not sticking to their own return policy. Now I'm out of cash for both the item I bought and the shipping fees.

2021/2022 Lionel Messi Jersey
I was really looking forward to getting the 2021/2022 Lionel Messi Jersey last December. I thought I made a good choice, but it never showed up, even though they gave me a tracking number. It was super disappointing. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they weren't any help at all. I didn't get my Jersey or a refund, which was a real bummer. Definitely won't be buying from them again.

I got this insulated and quilted door curtain from this company, and let me tell you, it's exactly what I was looking for in my home. The website looks good but I had trouble picking next day delivery, and my order crashed two times when I tried to finish it. It's annoying when you have nice products but a messed up way to order them. I've already told them about it, but it seems like they aren't bothered as long as they're earning money.

In-terminal pick up and drop off experience
The pick up and drop off at the terminal was pretty easy and quick. But I gotta say, I was a little bummed out that they didn't have the car I asked for. Instead of a VW Polo or something similar, they handed me a Dacia that was decent size-wise but felt kinda bare bones and not very smooth. The folks at the payment desk seemed a bit distant, which wasn't too friendly. On the flip side, the folks handling the keys and the car were super nice and helpful.

Boot size discrepancy
I ordered the right size, but when the items arrived, some were way smaller than I thought they'd be. For example, the size 6 boots were no way near a true size 6. The quality of the fabric is just okay for what I paid, nothing special. Also, the items didn't look as amazing as they did in the pictures online. The service was good though, they kept me updated on my order and the delivery was on time.

Quick French language refresher
I tried out the Sprint program from Lingoda to brush up on my French skills quickly, and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. I planned my classes strategically for a less busy time and managed to adjust my schedule to qualify for the cashback offer. I decided to go with credits instead of cashback, but the short expiration date didn't work well for me because I have a lot going on in the near future. There were a couple of teachers that I wasn't a big fan of, but thankfully, the easy booking system made it simple to avoid them in the future. I really liked the small class sizes and the many speaking exercises provided by Lingoda. When I have more free time, I'll definitely think about signing up for more classes.
