I just got nine different versions of business cards, that's a total of 900 cards, but the thing is they all had a barcode in the center that wasn't supposed to be there. So, I called customer support right away to deal with that. They got back to me quickly and placed a reprint order the very next day. I got the new cards pretty quickly and I gotta say, they look awesome. I really gotta hand it to the team for fixing the mistake so efficiently and making the whole reprint process easy and stress-free.

Fraud alert issue
I had a major issue with fraud going on, so I called the company multiple times to try to sort it out. The first person I talked to wasn't too helpful and ended up getting some stuff mixed up. Then I called again today and the first person I spoke with kind of dismissed my problem without much of an explanation. But then Bibi gave me a call and she was awesome - super helpful and really broke everything down for me. She even went above and beyond by contacting another company to double-check some things. Her suggestions were spot on, and now I'm feeling a lot more confident about sticking around with this company.

Annual subscription for phone service
I've been a Grasshopper customer for four years now, and I've had to make four different accounts because of technical issues each time. The customer service team couldn't fix the problems with my first account, so they told me to make new ones several times. Everything was fine with my fourth account until January 2024, when my yearly subscription was suddenly deactivated without warning. I've spent over seven days and four hours on the phone with Grasshopper's Customer Service team, and I still don't know why my account got deactivated. They promised to have a manager call me to talk about the situation and maybe give me a refund for the $900+ left on my subscription. But I'm still waiting for that call from the manager, and it seems like there's no solution in sight.

This was my first time ordering from this online store and I was actually really pleased with most of the stuff I got. It was pretty comparable to this other site I usually use, super fast delivery even though it came from China. I bought a sweater from that store not too long ago, and after only a couple months, I started seeing cotton threads poking out from the sleeves. It's pretty clear that the fabric isn't top-notch and they didn't pay much attention to the details during manufacturing. I just don't get why Overstock won't accept the gift cards from Bed, Bath, & Beyond. My husband and I got them for our wedding, but Overstock won't budge on transferring the balance. slow delivery, frustrating customer service
I just bought something online and man, let me tell you, it was a total let down. The delivery took forever, and to top it off, I had no clue my package was coming from overseas. When I tried to get in touch with Customer Service, I could barely even talk to a human being. Dealing with that virtual assistant was a headache and everything moved at a snail's pace. I'm already stressed about having to send back the item. Long story short, I won't be buying from this company ever again.
