Beautiful pillows, true to picture
I bought some really nice pillows from this website and I was super happy with how good they were. The pillows looked just like they did in the pictures, which is always a good thing when you're buying stuff online. I had a question about the pillows before I bought them, and the customer service team was really helpful and got back to me quickly. They gave me all the info I needed right away. The website said it would take a while for the pillows to get to me, but they actually showed up sooner than I thought. Overall, I had a really good experience and will definitely think about buying from them again in the future.

Late order, no response
Hey there! So, back in early September, I made a purchase, right? Well, here we are in October, and my order is nowhere to be found! I got an email confirming my purchase, but no actual product has shown up yet. I've sent two emails asking about it, but haven't heard a peep back. If this is how they handle things, I think I'll pass on buying from them in the future.

Protein powder
I'm really upset about the protein powder I ordered. It was supposed to come in 2 days, but it's been over a week with no sign of it. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, both through email and phone, but no one has gotten back to me. This lack of communication just isn't cool, especially since the company is in Texas. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the BBB because I'm out $400 and still don't have my products or a refund.

Custom Katana
I bought a custom katana from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say I was really let down by the quality. It was supposed to be handmade and top-notch, but the sword I got was just not up to par. The blade was dull, and the workmanship was pretty shoddy overall. I was definitely expecting better from something like this.

Car rental in Olbia, Sardinia
I rented a car in Olbia, Sardinia recently and I have to say it was a pretty good experience. The whole process went smoothly, the price was fair for what I got. The team there was easy to talk to, and the spot to pick up the car was super close to the airport, which was nice. They even gave me a bigger car than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing that bothered me a bit was their policy on cleaning fees. They said if there was any sand or dirt left in the car when I brought it back, I'd have to pay extra unless I paid upfront. I thought that was kind of strange because I figured they'd clean the cars between customers automatically. But other than that, everything else about the rental was top-notch.

Inner Dimension has a pretty good variety of yoga classes and meditation sessions, but the instructors could definitely crank up the excitement and energy in their teachings. The website is easy to use, which makes it simple to find and join classes. But the membership costs more than some other online yoga sites. The content they deliver is dependable and they keep adding new classes. Inner Dimension has promise but could use a little something extra to really make it stand out.

I just bought some magazines from this place and man, my package ended up getting lost during shipping. But let me tell you, their customer service was amazing! Mike really went the extra mile to help me track down my order and he made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. He finally fixed the problem and I was super impressed with how he handled everything. New gadget
So yeah, I got this new gadget, you know? I was all pumped thinking it was gonna be awesome and simple to use. But then, turns out I'm allergic to the stuff it puts out or something? 'Cause every time I used it, my face broke out in this gross rash. I even tried changing the bag like it said to, but no dice, still made me break out. It's a real bummer 'cause I was really looking forward to using it.
