Shampoo and conditioner purchase
I came across this brand when I saw their stuff on TV, and decided to try their shampoo and conditioner because of all the good reviews. I've been using them for a couple years now and I have to admit, I'm really impressed. These products don't make my scalp feel gross, and they make my hair shiny, soft, and not heavy. I really like how well these products work.

Bed furniture purchase
I recently bought some bed furniture from this store and it was such a great experience. Linda and the store manager Adam were awesome with their customer service. They really knew their stuff, took their time with me, and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect furniture. Linda spent a lot of time going over different options until I found exactly what I needed. The quality of their products is top-notch and the prices are fair. I had some questions after my purchase and the store team handled them quickly and professionally. Overall, I had a really good shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Large furniture return
Returning that big piece of furniture to the store was a total headache, let me tell you. The whole automated return thing was a joke - they gave me a label and told me to drop it off at a gas station for pick-up, but surprise, surprise, the gas station couldn't even take it because it was too huge. Then when I called customer service, they had the nerve to try and charge me £25 for them to come get it, even though it was supposed to be a "free return" according to what I saw when I bought it. I had to really stick to my guns and argue with them to make them honor their own policy, and finally they took the item back without any extra charge. Such a frustrating situation, let me tell you.

Trail running shoes
I just bought these trail running shoes from this company, thinking they'd be tough and top-notch. But man, was I let down. Their customer service was pretty lackluster and the shoes themselves were not up to par at all. I've only had these shoes since October and they've already got holes in the upper part and all the thread is coming off. That's not cool for shoes made for the great outdoors. I'm definitely going back to my usual brand for my next pair.
