Accommodation + Flights Booking
Lesson learned the hard way - I was so excited to finally find the perfect place to stay and flights for my trip to Naples, so I quickly went ahead and booked with them. But then, after they took my money, I get an email saying my booking wasn't confirmed and that they'll get back to me soon. The next day, I get another email saying they couldn't confirm and to try again. This back and forth went on, leaving me stuck without a guaranteed booking and having to shell out more money for flights elsewhere. Their poor communication really messed things up for me, costing me time, extra cash, and stressing me out. Take it from me, stay far away from this unreliable service.

Kitchenware Set
I recently bought a kitchenware set from this company, and I was really disappointed with how it all went down. I checked my account for a tracking number and saw that the order was labeled as "Unfulfilled." So, I reached out to customer service to see what was up, and they told me they were out of stock on some stuff and it might take 3-4 weeks to ship out. I asked for a refund, but they said no even though they had my money and the products. I won't be buying from them again, and if I could, I'd give them a bad review. The customer service wasn't helpful, and now I have no products on the way or in my hands.
