Overboard duffel drybag
I just bought an Overboard duffel drybag from this store and I gotta say, the price was right. It showed up pretty quick, but the packaging wasn't great and it ended up damaged. Thankfully, when I reached out to customer service with a picture of the damage, they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement in no time. All in all, I was happy with how they handled things and I'd definitely think about buying from them again.

Supplement order canceled
I just ordered this supplement I really wanted, but then I got an email saying that they're all out of stock and my order got canceled. What's weird is that it's still showing as available online. It was really annoying and kinda bummed me out.

Stunning pair of armchairs
The armchairs we got are absolutely gorgeous and totally transformed our living room. The material is super high-quality, so we know they'll stick around for a while. They were a little pricier than we expected, but we were more than happy to splurge for such great quality.

Refurbished phone with screen protector.
The refurbished phone I got from Orchard Labs came quickly and looked brand new. I was happy to see that the screen protector I got was already on there - a nice surprise! But when I started setting up the phone, I got a message saying that the battery and screen weren't real Apple parts. They didn't tell me that when I bought it online. I'm not great with tech stuff, so I wasn't sure if that would make the phone work worse or be worth less if I wanted to sell it. But so far, the phone is working fine, and I think I got a good deal on it.

I just gotta give a shout out to Rian Murphy for helping us out with our loan application. He was seriously awesome, like a superhero swooping in to get us the best deal possible. Detox products
I bought some detox products from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, the customer service was a huge letdown. Even though I shelled out extra cash for expedited shipping, the stuff showed up late and I couldn't even use it when I needed to. So, I reached out to the company to complain, and all they had to say was basically 'oh well, things happen'. I've been bugging them for a refund on that expedited shipping, but so far, no luck. Overall, the way they treated me as a customer was just not cool, and now I'm feeling totally annoyed and unsatisfied.
