Disappointed multiple product purchase

I bought a bunch of stuff from this company not long ago, but I wasn't happy with any of it. I dropped about $300, but all they gave me for my troubles was a $15 gift card in an email. I was pretty let down by how little they seemed to care about keeping me happy, so I won't be buying anything else from them in the future.

Address correction request

I messed up my delivery address and had to reach out to customer support for help. They got back to me fast and fixed the mistake. The package came on time with no problems. My only suggestion is to make sure the right address is on the order and tracking details for next time.

Misleading product, disappointing size

I have to say, I was really disappointed with these products. The description online was completely off, I couldn't believe it. And don't even get me started on the size - way smaller than I thought. I was really looking forward to a great experience, but all I ended up with was letdown. Hopefully next time will be better!

Disappointing product

I bought something from this store recently and man, it was an absolute disaster. I got a similar thing from them like a year ago and it was a total dud. I tried reaching out to them but no dice. Ended up chucking it. But I figured, why not give them another shot? Ordered a new product and fingers crossed this one actually works.

Power stroker and more

I placed an order on 11/26/22 and have yet to receive items. The carrier they used just states it’s on its way to USPS as of the 12th of December but nothing more. Trying to contact customer service is a part time job. I understand holiday season and shipping companies can delay packages but this is a little excessive and not being able to contact customer service is a let down for first time using this site. As far as the products review. Cant give an honest review since I have not received them.

Item for my wife

I had to get our attorneys to get them to take action. They didnt keep their word on anything. Wouldent send the product, wouldent refund our money. After attorneys sent letter and phone call, they sent the product. Took them over 3 weeks and only after the attorneys took action.

Multiple items

This is a good place. Items except for one were sent in a timely manner. I waited a few weeks to see if I’d receive the last item however I never did. I have tried contacting them about the missing item but have been unsuccessful in every attempt. It’s now been close to two months.
