    Minivan order, picked up by small SUV, too small child seat

    I was bummed when I ordered a minivan but ended up getting picked up by a small SUV instead. And on top of that, the child seat I asked for was too tiny for my kiddo. But the driver was super helpful, nice, and friendly, which definitely made the whole thing better in the end.

    Personalized computer glasses with blue light blocking

    I recently decided to turn my favorite old frames into computer glasses with blue light blocking technology. After getting a prescription from my eye doctor, I went to Overnight Glasses to make it happen. Everything went smoothly, and my new glasses turned out even better than I expected. I really enjoy using them for my computer work and wish I had done this sooner. They arrived quickly, too - in about a week. I'm really happy with the great service from Overnight Glasses and will definitely be shopping there again. Actually, I already told my brother about them and he placed an order too.

    Subscription Troubles

    I'm a Meetup customer and I ran into some problems trying to cancel my subscription. I kept emailing them to cancel, but they kept charging me. It was super annoying and inconvenient. I felt like they weren't listening to me and I was really unhappy with their service. Finally, after sending them 8 messages, I was able to get a refund. I'm glad they fixed the issue, but it shouldn't have been such a hassle in the first place. They really need to work on their communication and customer service.

    Subscription box purchase

    The stuff in the subscription box was okay, but let me tell you, the customer service was just awful. I decided to get two subscription boxes, but turns out my first payment didn't go through. Ever since November, I've been bugging them non-stop, especially when it came to returning one of the boxes. I've sent a ton of emails and tried calling (though no one picked up), and finally got one box returned. But guess what? I still haven't heard anything about getting my money back. I've tried reaching out by phone and email to ask when I can expect my refund, but no luck. Maybe this company needs more customer service folks or better training. If good customer service is your thing, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.
