Minivan order, picked up by small SUV, too small child seat
I was bummed when I ordered a minivan but ended up getting picked up by a small SUV instead. And on top of that, the child seat I asked for was too tiny for my kiddo. But the driver was super helpful, nice, and friendly, which definitely made the whole thing better in the end.

Subscription Troubles
I'm a Meetup customer and I ran into some problems trying to cancel my subscription. I kept emailing them to cancel, but they kept charging me. It was super annoying and inconvenient. I felt like they weren't listening to me and I was really unhappy with their service. Finally, after sending them 8 messages, I was able to get a refund. I'm glad they fixed the issue, but it shouldn't have been such a hassle in the first place. They really need to work on their communication and customer service.
