Purchased on 12/4, was supposed to be delivered 12/17. Still don't have. When I contacted the company, they gave a very vague, canned answer as to when I will receive. In other words, a useless response..
Ordered on Dec. 2nd STILL NO PRODUCT!!! BABYS FIRST CHRISTMAS AND MANY ITEMS MISSING!!!!! 7 outfits to be exact!! I track EVERYTHING from order to door step delevery!!!! The product NEVER LEFT the facility!!! Called many time, and was reassured that it was a processing error and the delivery WOULD BE ON TIME!!!!! Here I sit Christmas Eve and NO BABYS FIST CHRISTMAS OUTFIT!!!!! I will review your company and product a BIG FAT ZERO!!!! I have NEVER ben so DISAPPOINTED in my life!!!!! I would NOT recommend this company IF I WAS PAYED TO!!!!!
ordered dec 1st . a christmas gift for grandson after weeks of back and forth e -mails telling me not too worry it's now 12/22 no tracking avail: and nothing coming .. not a honest company don't buy from them i wont ever again Doreen
