    Distressed designer ballet flats

    Recently, I bought a pair of distressed designer ballet flats from this store. Sadly, dealing with their return policy was a total nightmare. I only had the shoes for about an hour and a half before I realized they didn't fit right, so I wanted to return them. But shockingly, they refused my return, claiming the shoes were "more distressed and bent than when they were sent out." That made no sense at all because the shoe style is intentionally pre-distressed. I've been going back and forth with customer service for days now, and it's so frustrating. It seems like they're just trying to come up with any excuse not to give me a refund, which is totally not cool. It feels like they're more interested in keeping my money than giving me the service I deserve. Other high-end retailers like Mytheresa, Matches, and Net-A-Porter have much better and customer-friendly return policies in place. Browns Fashion, on the other hand, has proven to be sketchy and untrustworthy. It's really disappointing to see a brand with so much potential fall short in customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping at Browns Fashion because they seem more focused on taking money from customers than giving a good shopping experience.

    Purse, staff verification, dirty lining, pricing

    I bought a purse online from this marketplace, and even though it didn't come with a certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer, the folks at The Real Real said it was legit. But when I got it, I was bummed to see that the lining inside was pretty dirty and needed a good cleaning. Still, I'm happy with my purchase overall. The price was great and I feel like I got a good deal.

    Power issue and thermostat repair

    I got this warranty thing from my electric company and had to call them up when the neutral leg got messed up and my thermostat transformer blew. HomeServe set up an appointment real quick and their guy Roy showed up early. He knew his stuff, got everything fixed up with no problems. If it wasn't for HomeServe, I would've ended up paying a lot more for the repair. I was really happy with the service and how knowledgeable Roy was.

    Quick delivery, good quality products

    I just bought some stuff online and was happy that it came pretty fast and was good quality. But it got held up a bit by a UK delivery person holding onto it for no good reason. The company did a good job keeping me updated on the whole shipping situation, so I was pretty satisfied overall.

    Stay at a cool place

    The spot I stayed at was pretty spacious and sort of tidy. There was a jacuzzi in the room, but it was out of commission, which was a bummer because it's supposed to be a neat feature. The shower, however, was great. I should mention there's a loud nightclub beneath the room, so it gets noisy on the weekends until the early morning. But the location is good, I'd definitely consider going back during the week.

    Software platform subscription

    I bought a subscription to the software platform, and it was pretty good in terms of how well it worked. But I'm worried about the company deleting inactive accounts and not giving us a chance to get our data back. It'd be nice if they were more understanding of our needs and gave us more flexibility. Sometimes people might not use the platform very often but still have important stuff on there. Even with that issue, the platform is easy to use and has some good features for managing projects and working together.

    Multiple orders split with family

    I've ordered from here a few times now, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The stuff came within a decent amount of time and was in great shape, just like they said it would be. Ordering online can be kinda scary, but this time it was easy peasy. I got what I wanted and my family liked their stuff too. It was a good experience all around for all of us.

    Insurance coverage

    The customer service at Liberty Mutual really let me down. I never got into an accident or got a ticket, but they charged me almost 400 bucks to insure two cars. I wasn't happy about it, so I decided to look elsewhere. I ended up checking out Progressive, and there I found the same coverage plus some extra stuff for only $269. I reached out to Liberty Mutual to see if they could match that, but they were no help at all. So, I had no other option but to switch companies.
