Hotel accommodation experience
My hotel stay was pretty good, I gotta say. The room was comfy and the staff was nice. But man, check-in was a hassle. I already paid for my stay, but the receptionist made me pay again when I got there. I showed them my payment confirmation, but they still needed more proof. It was annoying and left me feeling dissatisfied.

Bergdorf Goodman is just not worth it, honestly. Their refunds take forever, even when you're returning stuff you're not feeling. It's like a real pain dealing with them to get your cash back. I definitely wouldn't suggest spending your time or money there. Customer service is basically nonexistent and it's a total pain trying to deal with them.
