    Order placed, payment issue, unresponsive customer service, refund not received

    I had a pretty rough experience with Entirely Pets back in February 2021. They told me they couldn't ship my order because of a payment problem, even though I had proof that the payment went through. I tried contacting them through email and phone, but I never heard back from them. I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charge because Entirely Pets said they shipped the product when they really didn't. Even after I sent the package back, they claimed they never got the return. It's been almost 9 months now, and they still haven't given me the refund they promised. And on top of that, they disabled my account so I can't even keep track of what's happening. Honestly, this company is full of dishonest people, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

    Last minute birthday bouquet

    I ended up ordering a bouquet of flowers for my friend's birthday at the last minute.     Subscription Payment Issue

    I signed up for a biweekly flight deals subscription that was supposed to cost $2 each time. But instead of that, they charged me $1 upfront and then $99 two weeks later! It felt like a scam to me. I tried contacting customer service to figure out what happened, but I didn't get a good answer. It's really frustrating that a company wouldn't stick to their subscription terms and would deceive customers like that.
