Return process difficulty
I bought some shoes from this company, but I had to return them. The return process has been so difficult. I didn't get a receipt with my order, so I can't give the right info for the return. Plus, there wasn't even a confirmation receipt in the package, so I have no idea how to start the return. I've been trying to figure this out for days now, and I'm running out of time.

First order, poor customer service
I placed my first order back on February 5th and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare ever since. I keep getting all these emails about new sales, but my order still hasn't even shipped yet. I've tried getting in touch with customer service through email and Facebook multiple times, but all I got back was a tracking link for a label made over a week ago. And get this, the person on Facebook was so rude and argumentative, they even ended up blocking me. So now I'm at the point where I have to dispute the charge because I'm worried I might never even get my order. I gotta say, the customer service from this company is simply awful, and I totally regret shelling out $100 with them.

I really wanted to get some cute shoes online, but it was a total nightmare. I ordered two pairs, but they just didn't fit me well at all. When I tried to take them back to the store, they flat out refused. I gave customer service a call, and they said it was fine to return them in-store, but I still had to fork over a ton of money for shipping and returns. It was a disaster, and I definitely won't be shopping there anymore.

Stick on bra for my wedding dress
Oh my gosh, let me tell you about this sticky bra I got for my wedding dress - it was seriously like magic! It worked perfectly with my dress, but didn't fare as well with a flowy outfit. The packaging was super cute and the bra was so sticky. Just a heads up, it's best to wear it with tighter clothes, not flowy ones.

Suit purchase for wedding
The customer service at this company is fantastic. They were super quick to help me out with my return and got my refund processed in a jiffy. I didn't have any problems at all with them. When it comes to taking care of customers, this company really knows their stuff. <br> And as for the suit itself, it's just as great as they said it would be. The suit is really comfortable and looks amazing on. The material is lightweight, which is nice because it makes me look slimmer. I was really happy with how well it fit me and how good it looked. <br> The only small issue I had was with the length of the pants. I usually wear a 34x30, but I had to get an XS pant length in a 34x28. Even with that little hiccup, I still definitely plan on buying from this company again because the product is top-notch - it's high quality, looks great, and feels super comfy.
