Walking horse toy purchase
I got this walking horse toy as a birthday present and I have to say, it's a blast to ride! It feels like I'm actually on a real horse with the way it moves. Plus, the toy is really strong and made well, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it for a while. When my friends come over and see me cruising on it, they get super envious. I totally suggest this toy to anyone who wants a cool and interactive playtime!

Incorrect order, second order correct
I bought something from this store not too long ago and got the wrong thing at first. I called customer service and they did send me the right thing, but they said I'd have to pay to send back the wrong one. Dealing with the automated text system was no fun at all, it just made things worse. The person I talked to was nice, but they basically said it was my fault and still wanted me to pay for the return. After looking over all the messages, it was obvious that they messed up, not me. I suggest looking elsewhere for your shopping needs.

Wellness check-in service
I've been using this company's wellness check-in service for my elderly parent for a few months, and I'm really happy with it. They have automated calls at set times every day to make sure my parent is okay. If they miss a call, I get notified right away. It's easy to use and gives me peace of mind knowing there's an extra layer of security, especially when I'm not around. I think this service is great for anyone with a family member who lives alone and needs regular check-ins for their health and safety.

Brass Anchor
I bought a Brass Anchor from Aqua Supercenter on September 29th and it's been a total nightmare. Still haven't gotten my order even though they already took my money. I've been trying to contact them through email and phone, but no one ever gets back to me. The phone number on their website doesn't work and there's never anyone on the chat. Super disappointed with their terrible customer service and lack of communication. Definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from this place. Beware of this seller, folks!

Chair mat purchase
I bought a chair mat from this company and they said it had a lifetime warranty. But, after using it for only two years, I saw it had a bunch of scratches on it. I sent in a warranty claim form and pictures twice now, but it's been four weeks and I haven't heard anything back from them. I'm really let down and annoyed by their lack of response and not honoring their warranty like they promise. I thought they would have better customer service and be more responsible for standing by their warranty. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest getting their products to anyone.

Awesome book discounts
At first, I didn't totally believe it, but now I've placed like 4 or maybe even 5 orders from this place. They mention that the books might have a few scrapes or dings, but every book I've received looks like it just came straight from the store. The only thing I've noticed is a tiny red or black dot on the spine, hardly noticeable! The prices are so good that I can grab a bunch of books for my kid's teacher and still have some cash left over for something else. This website is really growing on me! (Although the shipping does tend to be a bit slow, that's not a huge deal.)

Uma shoes
They're way pricier than my normal purchase, but they have such good reviews that I decided to bit the bullet. It is so worth it to buy from them, I love the uma shoe. I've been seeing a lot of great new shoe brands like by far and alohas, but the uma shoes are my favorite.

Nicely made, very soft plush fleece. I washed this before writing this review, because I wanted to make sure it would stand up to a machine wash and tumble dry without losing its handle and feel.

Horrible. Call to complain about the trucking co you use and totally drop all liability. Not your concern once the sale is made. Meanwhile I've lost family time over a holiday due to the lies and inconsistent of your trucking company selection...which I had no say in. If you want to drop liability once the product is loaded then you better let your customers ..that pay your wage .. choose a reliable shipment method!

Protective mask 4 pack
Excellent experience from start to finish from navigating and ordering on the site through to delivery. I reviewed several discussions on best sites to buy masks and after navigating through most of them found Vida masks best fit my needs.
Two primary components I was seeking were the metal nose piece and adjustable straps. I was delighted to find these components as well as a mask that allows for filters.
From the time the masks were ordered through to delivery ( a total of two weeks) communication from the company was proactive with detailed updates on the order status. Even a follow-up email with instruction on washing and wearing after the masks were delivered.
This is unlike at least one other site from which I ordered where the order took over two months with absolutely no communication from the company proactive or reactive.
After receiving the masks I'm doubly pleased I ordered from Vida and would definitely order from them again. The mask quality by my standards is excellent (although I haven't washed them yet), the fit is excellent (for me other masks were too large from chin to nose for my face size), the adjustable straps and nose piece ensure a fit with no gaps.
The price was comparable to if not better than some other sites I visited where the components of the mask were not what I was seeking.
Thank you Vida for providing the perfect product with all the components I was seeking.Ordered package of masks and have heard nothing. No emails, no masks, been over 2 weeks, next step is to contact my credit card to stop payment
I have been very satisfied with the fit of the masks. Would like the filter opening to open on both sides. Would be helpful to know at the time of ordering how long it will take for a delivery. On my first order, one mask was defective and I was supposed to get a complimentary replacement. It never arrived. I bought more purely because the fit of the three (of four) from the first order were amongst my favorite, most breathable, comfortable and well fitting masks.
