Customer service experience with a product issue
I just called customer service about a problem I had with something I bought from this company. I talked to a lady named Zorrah who was really helpful and super nice. She did a great job and was really professional. I was amazed at how good the customer service was and felt like they took care of my problem quickly and well. It was clear that the company really cares about its customers, and I'm thankful for the effort they put into making sure customers have a good experience.

Custom business card design
I was seriously so pumped when I got the chance to work with the most amazing designer ever! Mitch was really chill and made me feel like a total boss. She helped me come up with this incredible design for my business card that I never would've been able to think of on my own. It was like a total transformation for my card and I couldn't be happier about it!

Prom Dress
I didn't have high hopes for this dress, but for the price, it really surprised me. I'm 5 feet tall and the length was just right. There was a tiny imperfection in the stitching, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't take away from how great the dress looked overall. It was absolutely stunning and perfect for my prom!

Two pairs of shoes purchased
The variety of colors, materials, and styles they had was super cool. I had a hard time picking just one pair of shoes with all the options they had. In the end, I decided to grab two pairs, and my wife also got two pairs because we both liked how they looked and felt on our feet.

Missing items in online order
I ordered some stuff from this website not too long ago, but when I got my package, there were a bunch of items missing. I tried contacting customer service a few times through email, but I never heard back from them. It's pretty disappointing that this company doesn't seem to care about making their customers happy. After dealing with this mess, I can't really trust this brand anymore and I won't be buying from them again.

New bunk bed
Wow, this bunk bed is amazing! It's got a desk underneath and storage in the stairs. My daughter is obsessed with it and can't wait to show it off to all her friends. The quality is top-notch and the design fits perfectly in her room. We couldn't be happier with this buy!

Perfect blinds
The blinds I bought were just perfect. They were really well-made and fit my windows just right. I was super happy with the quality, it was even better than I expected. But, I had a little mishap and broke some valance clips. I contacted customer support to see about getting replacements, and they actually sent me 12 clips for free! Their customer service was amazing and now I'm a loyal customer for sure.

G3 Mini EDC Multi Keychain Tool
I got this really cool mini tool thing and it's amazing! It's made of high-quality materials and looks really nice. The finish is top-notch and people are obsessed with it. The cases and hand straps are definitely better than what other companies offer. It's the perfect little gift for anyone, for real. But man, the delivery was a total nightmare. The company they use took forever and it ended up costing more because of customs and extra fees. Not cool at all. They really need to change their delivery company in Bulgaria as soon as possible.
