I've been using this subscription for three whole years, you know? And then, all of a sudden, they go and auto-renew it without even giving me a heads up! So, I try to cancel it online, but they're all like, "Nope, gotta talk to customer service." So, I send in six requests, and I'm still not getting any refund. Ugh, it's so frustrating!

Holiday package booking for flight and accommodation in Sardinia
I just booked a vacation package on this website for a flight and half-board in Sardinia. I have to say, I was really happy with the whole experience. Booking was easy and stress-free, and everything was lined up perfectly. When I got there, they even bumped me up from a Comfort room to a Superior Comfort room for free, which was a nice surprise. The fact that the flight from Nice to Olbia and insurance were included in the price made it even better. I'd definitely suggest this website to other travelers who want a good deal with top-notch quality.

Registering a star was pretty easy until I ran into a problem with how my message showed up on the document. Even though I emailed them to fix it, the first version still got printed on the final document. But when I got in touch with the company, they quickly sent me a new pack that I got in 3 days. So in the end, the service was decent, but the mistake at first was a bummer.

The hair color product I bought was gentle on my hair, but I had to leave it on way longer than I wanted. It did end up doing the job, though. The problem was with how the product came out of the can. The first squirt was mostly white base with no color, which was a letdown. I had to get rid of that part and try again to mix it right. As I got close to finishing the can, I had the same issue of mostly white base coming out. It happened twice, and it got frustrating, so I stopped using it. I'm thinking about trying Cleverman instead. But then I found out Cleverman is a one-time use thing, which might not work for me. I'm bummed because I used to like "Just For Men" a lot before they changed it and it messed up my skin.

Unpleasant stay due to barking dogs
I was recently at a hotel where the room next to mine had these two huge dogs that were barking away all day without anyone watching them. I told the front desk about it multiple times, but they didn't do anything to fix the problem. It was just so noisy and ruined my whole stay. The fact that the staff didn't do anything and didn't care about how uncomfortable we were was really disappointing. It's just sad to see such bad customer service in a place that's supposed to be all about hospitality. This whole situation has really changed my opinion, and I don't think I'll be coming back to this hotel in the future.
