I was wondering if it would come in the original packaging from the brand, like the box and dust cover, or if it would just be in the store's packaging. When I finally called customer service, all they said was they'd check on it. Eventually, they just gave me a refund without even telling me first. I was so annoyed by the lack of communication. It's not cool to have Black Friday deals if you can't follow through and keep people updated.
