Flights booked
I booked my flights with this company and everything went really well. The price was good, but I got kinda annoyed because I wasn't sure about the baggage allowance. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very helpful. Despite that, the flights were on time and the service during the flight was really great.

Lack of customer support
My experience with this service has been really disappointing. I've been using it for two years now, and although the product is okay, the customer support is seriously lacking. Twice they charged my Visa card without telling me why, even though I had already renewed my account. When I emailed them about it, I got no reply. And when I called, no one picked up. It's frustrating to be ignored, especially since I didn't sign up for auto renewal. Honestly, the poor communication and lack of support has left me feeling pretty disappointed.

Travel cancellation insurance claim
I've been dealing with trying to get my claim resolved for a trip cancellation that I booked through a travel agency for months now. I gave the insurance company all the documents they asked for, including the cancellation notice from the agency. But they keep saying it's not enough and want me to get the cancellation notice from the travel providers (like airlines, hotels, cruise, etc.) that I have no way of contacting directly. It's been two months and I'm still waiting for them to process my claim. The travel agency and insurance company are pointing fingers at the cruise line and airlines for not sending the right documents. This whole situation has been a mess.
