Lack of customer support
My experience with this service has been really disappointing. I've been using it for two years now, and although the product is okay, the customer support is seriously lacking. Twice they charged my Visa card without telling me why, even though I had already renewed my account. When I emailed them about it, I got no reply. And when I called, no one picked up. It's frustrating to be ignored, especially since I didn't sign up for auto renewal. Honestly, the poor communication and lack of support has left me feeling pretty disappointed.

I gotta say, I was really impressed with their return policy. Who would've thought you could actually return makeup? So, I decided to try out their Continuous Cover Foundation in hopes that it would work better than my usual L’Oreal one. Unfortunately, it ended up giving me that sun-kissed look I wasn't going for. Luckily, the return process was super easy and I got my money back in no time. But hey, don't let that one product steer you away because everything else I've tried from them has been awesome.
