Lost parcel issue
I had a package that got lost in the mail, so I reached out to customer service. I talked to this lady named Nicola, who was really helpful and polite. She took down all my info, said she would look into it, and actually called me back to give me an update. Nicola confirmed that the delivery company had lost my package and right away arranged for a new one to be sent out. I'm so grateful for her personal attention and quick fix to the problem. Shout out to Nicola for all her help!

Insurance claim settlement
I was super happy with how quick and efficient the company handled my insurance claim. The folks there were on the ball and let me know they got my claim right away. And just like that, in only 3 days, the money was in my account. It was easy peasy, no stress at all, and they got it done fast. I really appreciate how professional the company was every step of the way.

Logitravel is great because it's so easy to use, letting you plan your trip exactly how you want without any surprise costs. I decided to book a package deal with them and it ended up saving me a bunch of money compared to booking everything separately on other sites.

Tonneau cover purchase
I just bought a tonneau cover from this company and I gotta say, their customer service totally blew me away. The staff was super helpful and really knew their stuff, and the cover itself is top-notch quality. I've bought accessories from these guys for my old truck before, and they always come through with great products. I'll definitely be coming back for more and would totally recommend them to anyone in need of reliable automotive accessories.

Shirt purchase
I really used to enjoy going there, but now it feels like they couldn't care less! My orders used to arrive right on schedule, but now it's like I've been totally forgotten. I've sent them numerous emails about my shirts, but I've never received a single reply. So I did some serious detective work and tracked down their address online, only to discover it doesn't even exist! After persistently calling them a million times, I finally received my shirts, but unfortunately, some of them were the wrong size!

I was really nervous about buying underwear online because I had no idea what size to order. But I took a chance and emailed customer service my measurements and they got back to me right away! It turns out the bras fit perfectly when I provided my measurements in the comments. I couldn't be happier!

Mystery Tackle Box is legit - they always come through with top-notch fishing gear that's both high-quality and diverse. Each box is packed with stuff that's actually practical and can give your fishing outings a boost. I've tested out other subscription boxes, but no one even comes close to the awesomeness of Mystery Tackle Box.

Peru 10 night package
I will not book another Exoticca tour. I realize there are problems with flights because of Covid, but of the group traveling with us, we were the only two who had to pay luggage fees. We were booked on Star airlines, not Latham like our fellow travelers and had to pay $60 even though our luggage was carry on size. For our trip from Peru to Las Vegas, we had 2 stopovers and the last leg of the journey was a 7 HOUR layover. We might as well have spent the night. That was after flying Juliacca to Lima, Lima to Dallas and then home. Unacceptable to tired travelers. Plus, no one had seats next to their spouses. Exoticca uses Condor travel for the pickups and land tours. Again, unequal treatment within a group, but the tours were amazing. I would go to Peru again. But definitely not with Exoticca. Their customer service agents are great but you can’t get ahold of anyone when you have problems. When you arrive back and send them notices, they ignore you. I’ve left numerous calls and never heard back. Thumbs down Exoticca.
Use Andes Adventures or Adventure-life for future trips to Peru. And go during the Iynit-rami festival, in Cusco. AMAZING. You will LOVE this festival! We used Andes Adventures and were very pleased. We have also used Adventure-life x 2, and just booked Bolivia with them for Feb.

Handheld Vaccuum Cleaner
Needed spares for this - found the company online shop. Which was great, until I realised they list parts and don't sell them. Thinking it was a mistake, I emailed. Two weeks passed. No reply. Emailed again. Sent a tweet. Sent a facebook message. No reply from anything.
Really quite poor behaviour, I'll now need to buy a new item, but it will not be this brand.I received a handheld vacuum cleaner as a gift and it stopped working after a few months and not much use. Do you keep it plugged into charger? Did that ruin the battery? I liked the product but there is no customer service.

Great fragrances
It was costly but simply liked composition of rose and oak.Never used before this type perfume .A fine collection in my ward.I have many collections some of them are quite similar to each other but this fragrance register it's presence differently .
Before this one I had two more perfumes from Korres .Their tag line if launched on its 20th year .
Cost wise it's comparatively high ,that is well suits to quality .
A wonderful products packing was also super .Delivered but as we all can see ,they are following strict guide lines of authority..So little late ,not for this,also all shipments I have received were late.Review about: JoyBuy
n-95 Masks
The ordering was easy and pricing was fair. Delivery was to be 4-12 days. It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for my masks which as far as I can tell have not left Hong Kong. Unfortunately, when things go wrong with JoyBuy your only recourse is to work through your credit card company and get your money back. This morning JoyBuy emailed me to just go to my local post office and try to find it! That's their idea of arbitration when you show them the product never left Hong Kong. NEVER AGAIN!!!
NO! I would not book again.
