I just bought some super cute Christmas socks from this company and I'm so happy with my purchase. The guy I talked to, Jason, was awesome. He helped me choose the design I wanted and made sure my order got to me in time. Jason was always quick to respond and made everything really easy. The socks are great, really good quality, and so fun to wear around Christmas. I'll definitely be buying from them again!
Projection bracelet
I got the projection bracelet and man, it was a huge disappointment. The photo quality was really bad, like those old school flip phone pictures from back in the 90s. It was all black and white and super grainy. Definitely not cute. But I will give credit where it's due, the customer service was excellent. They constantly kept me in the loop about my order and made sure I knew exactly what was happening.
Custom Tshirt with poorly placed photos
My custom Tshirt came in and the photos were all messed up, not what I was hoping for after seeing the ads. So, I contacted customer service to see if they could help, and they replied super quick and were really nice about it. They fixed the problem right away without any problems, and I'm so happy they took care of my complaint. Now I can't wait for the second Tshirt to come in that I ordered for my husband's Christmas gift. Thanks a bunch for your help!
Santa socks with head customization
I got these Santa socks with a custom head, but they totally messed it up. The body and head were totally different colors, and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. I was really bummed out because the design was super cute, but now it just looks weird. I wouldn't suggest getting the head customization, especially if you're a person of color.
