I had a great time ordering custom photo socks from this company. The customer service rep, Jason, was awesome in keeping me updated on my order and explaining how everything works. The socks came faster than I thought and were really high quality. I loved them so much that I got two more pairs. I totally recommend this company and really appreciate Jason's help. Oh my gosh, the customer service was amazing! I needed to change my order and they did it really quickly and put everything together in one package. They responded so quickly and for just an extra five bucks, they made sure my order got to me before my party. The online help was fantastic, they made everything so simple for me!

Wow, I ran into a problem at checkout and the customer service folks were so awesome! It was my mistake, but they sent me an email right away with detailed instructions to fix it. And to top it off, Jason even replied to my follow-up email! I'm really blown away by the great customer service I got.
