Mirror purchase for store delivery
I just bought a mirror off the internet for store pickup from this company. But guess what? When the mirror got here, it was way too big for my car, so I had to return it to the store. I thought I'd get my money back right away, or at least in a decent amount of time. But nope, still no refund, even after reaching out to customer service for help. I usually like shopping here, but this online purchase ordeal has really let me down and now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything from this company again.

Always On Shimmer Cream Eyeshadow in Golden Shimmer and Bronze Shimmer
I just got these cream eyeshadows in golden shimmer and bronze shimmer, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. Unlike other cream eyeshadows I've used before that were super thick and gross, these are totally different. They come in a tube, which I wasn't sure about at first, but now I'm totally into it. You can apply them with your finger, a brush, or even a glitter paddle, which is awesome. You can go for a subtle look or really amp it up depending on your mood. In my book, all cream eyeshadows should be this user-friendly and pretty.

Wrong-sized item, partial refunds, poor quality
Man, this company is a disaster! I tried ordering something three times, and every single time they sent me the wrong size. They didn't even offer full refunds to apologize for their screw-up. And to make matters worse, the stuff they sent me was such low quality that I wouldn't even bother using it. My whole experience with this company was straight up terrible, almost like they were trying to scam me. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place at all costs.

Genetic sequencing service
While I thought the genetic sequencing service was pretty cool, I ended up feeling let down because they didn't really break down the data for me in a way I could easily understand. It was interesting to see the results and I was hoping to learn some cool stuff from my genetic sequencing. But the whole thing fell short for me. The wait was too long, it cost a pretty penny, and they didn't give me a clear summary of what it all meant. Plus, they threw in some weird details like my income and when my first kid was born that didn't seem relevant. I wanted a better grasp of what makes me tick, but instead, I just got a jumbled mess of data that left me unsatisfied with the whole experience.

Easter egg for my daughter
I got my daughter an Easter egg and it was so simple to do. The service was great and really professional. The egg came in a pretty white gift box and was wrapped so nicely. My daughter was thrilled with it and all the chocolates inside were really tasty!

Tried it, not happy
I was really hopeful that VibroSculpt would be the solution to all my problems, but boy was I wrong. I used it faithfully for 8 weeks and all I got was a stomach ache from overdoing it. It definitely did not live up to the hype, so now I'm feeling pretty let down. I wouldn't advise anyone else to give it a try.
