I ordered something online from this company, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how long it's taking to get to me. I placed my order over two weeks ago, and it's still not here. When I made the purchase, the website said orders usually ship within 5-7 days, but that clearly didn't happen. As a customer, I just want my stuff to arrive on time and as expected. This whole situation has me feeling irritated and kinda betrayed. If they can't stick to their shipping promises, then I'll just shop somewhere else.
