Bought home security cameras
I bought these security cameras for our house a couple of years ago. The DVR started acting up not too long ago, so I reached out to their customer service for assistance. The person I spoke with wasn't very helpful. They had me doing all this random stuff that didn't even solve the problem. After being on the phone for over 2 hours, I just threw in the towel. I'm completely over this company and their products.
Issue resolution assistance
I dialed up customer service the other day for some help with a problem I was having with my device. Alfred was the guy who helped me out, and let me tell you, he really went the extra mile in getting things sorted out for me. I was really impressed with how much he knew and how professional he was. The whole customer service crew at this company is top-notch. It's nice to see folks who are so committed to giving great service. I definitely think this company is worth checking out for their awesome customer service.
NVR Compatibility Inquiry
I recently reached out to customer service at the company to ask about whether Lorex NVR is compatible with cameras from other brands. Unfortunately, the tech support rep I talked to, Trisea, didn't seem to know much about it and gave me wrong info. She was pretty much just guessing and ended up saying that cameras from other brands won't work with Lorex NVR, which I later discovered was not true. It's a letdown to come across that kind of lack of knowledge in a tech support position.
Security camera purchase
I just bought some security cameras from this company, but I was pretty let down by how they handled their pricing. The website clearly said the prices wouldn't change on Black Friday, so I went ahead and made my purchase. But then I saw that the prices had actually dropped on Black Friday, so I reached out and complained. Luckily, they ended up giving me a refund for the difference. It just goes to show that sometimes you gotta speak up to get treated fairly.
Security cameras for over 5 years
I've had my security cameras for more than 5 years and I absolutely love being able to check on them whenever and wherever I want. They've been really useful in keeping my home safe, and it's so cool to be able to see what's happening outside using my phone - makes me feel like a bit of a spy! The customer service folks were also super friendly and helped me out when I had questions about the cameras. All in all, I think these cameras are a great deal for the price, and the quality is top-notch.
iPhone connection issue
The wait wasn't long at all, and the staff didn't rush through things, which was nice. The assistance I received was great - they were able to fix my phone by having me delete and then reinstall an app. Francine was awesome and really knew her stuff.
Issue viewing cameras on mobile phone
I was having trouble seeing my cameras on my phone, but the agent helped me really quickly! She was so nice and not all tech-savvy like me.
Camera system review
I've had this camera system for about a year now and let me tell you, it's been a rollercoaster. Setting it up wasn't too bad, but the batteries are a nightmare. I've got four cameras and two of the batteries die after just a day or two. When I tried to get help from customer service, they just redirected me to the supplier who never got back to me. It's been so frustrating!
Camera System Connection Issue
I just bought a camera system, but I'm having trouble getting it connected to my network. I've tried reaching out to customer support a few times for help, but they haven't been able to give me any solutions that work. The people I talked to on the phone seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing. I even tried messaging them on Facebook, but that didn't help either. They said they were going to escalate my issue, but I never heard anything back from them. It's really frustrating and disappointing to not get any support, especially since I can't even use my new camera system. The lack of response and help from the customer service team is not okay.
Indoor Wi-Fi security camera purchase
I just got this Wi-Fi indoor security camera and I gotta say, it's not too shabby. The picture is crystal clear, especially at night thanks to its awesome night mode. The motion sensor is decent too, even if it's a little sluggish at times. The only issue I've run into is sometimes I have to close and reopen the app to get the live view working like it should. But for only 40 bucks, I think this camera is a steal for all the cool stuff it can do.
Cloud software reinstallation assistance
I reached out for help with reinstalling my cloud software and I was super impressed with the help I got. The rep guided me through each step, taking their time to make sure I understood everything. Being 86 years old, I really appreciated the extra care they gave me with my tech problem. It's nice to know there are kind and smart people out there willing to help seniors like me. I'm really thankful for the great service I received.

I got this camera back in 2019 and it's been working great, just had a little hiccup when we moved and had to reset it. Shout out to Alfred from tech support for saving the day!
Outdoor security camera
This company is the worst! Those 5-star reviews are bogus and their customer service is completely useless. I've had to give them a call multiple times, but they never actually solve anything. Plus, the camera quality is terrible, nothing like the photos they show on their website!
Quick delivery, poor battery life
The system got here pretty fast, but man, the battery life is so bad. I gotta charge the camera batteries like every 3-4 weeks, not months like they said. Don't believe the hype about the battery life, it's a big disappointment. The customer service folks said my software was all good, but that still doesn't change the fact that the batteries just die so fast.
Port compatibility issue on my surveillance system
The last port on my surveillance system stopped working right after I added more cameras, a year after I bought it. I was worried I'd have to return or get a new DVR, but the customer service rep was really helpful. We worked together to figure out and fix the problem. I'm really thankful for the help I got.

I just got this really awesome doorbell camera and putting it up was a breeze! It feels like having my own secret agent security setup right at my front door. The app that goes with it is so simple to figure out, I can check who's outside even when I'm not around. And I've noticed those Lorex cameras at my mom's job, they work great as well. With my new camera, I swear I feel like a spy - it's so cool!
NVR system factory reset assistance
I was really struggling to factory reset my NVR system, but after a lot of frustration, I finally decided to reach out to customer support. The tech support person I talked to was super helpful and gave me a temporary password to reset my system. I was so happy that I didn't have to give up on my NVR system, and in just 15 minutes, everything was back to normal. Their service was really top-notch.
