Do not buy from this place at all! It's a total scam, they basically just take a Chinese eyelash serum, slap their logo on it, and sell it for way more. The customer service is awful, good luck trying to get a refund. And they even use videos from other brands like Nanolash and Aromazone for their ads. Seriously, steer clear of this place!

Leggings purchase
I was really let down by this store recently. I ordered some leggings and when I got my package, I opened it up to find something completely different inside. The person I talked to on the phone said sorry, but I had to pack up the wrong item, print a label, and send it back - all on my own dime. They wouldn't even pick it up. It was a big hassle and they didn't take responsibility for their mistake. On top of that, they didn't offer me anything to make up for the trouble they caused. Totally unacceptable.

Two mattresses
I was really let down by this company. The two mattresses I bought were not supportive at all, and the customer service was just terrible. When I tried to return one of the mattresses after only a month, they didn't even come to pick it up and I had to give it away. And now, I've been waiting almost three months for a replacement single mattress, and all I get from customer service is excuses. The new mattress is uncomfortable and is giving me back pain. I've complained multiple times, but all I get in response are long emails that don't actually do anything.

I can't believe how unprofessional and uncaring this company is. They overcharged me and now they're ignoring me after I showed them my receipts back in December. It's really disappointing to see a company treat their customers like this. I won't be shopping here again.
