Eyelash serum purchase
Do not buy from this place at all! It's a total scam, they basically just take a Chinese eyelash serum, slap their logo on it, and sell it for way more. The customer service is awful, good luck trying to get a refund. And they even use videos from other brands like Nanolash and Aromazone for their ads. Seriously, steer clear of this place!
Lash subscription order
Oh my goodness, you won't believe what happened! I found this really awesome lash company on Instagram and decided to subscribe to their services. But then, can you believe it, they sent my order to the wrong address even after I gave them the correct one so many times! I tried calling, emailing, sending messages on Instagram, and even used their Contact Us form. Finally, three days later they sent me the tracking information, but it's still being delivered to the wrong place. It's just so frustrating!
