I was halfway through throwing suitcases in the car when I remembered I hadn’t actually checked the storage location properly — and that’s where the worries started. Before I booked I was skeptical about the “24/7 support” claim, and yeah, that skepticism felt fair at first. After paying on my PC the confirmation never arrived, the place wasn’t shown until after booking, and what popped up was a tiny family-run shop in Corfu rather than the secure locker spot I’d pictured. I emailed several times — five times, I think — with no reply, and there was no cancel button anywhere on the site, so I felt stuck. That said, once I dug a bit deeper I did get through, they admitted the assigned facility wasn’t suitable for suitcases and apologized. They agreed to refund me. I’m relieved and grateful it ended that way, but it shouldn’t have taken so much fuss. Useful if you’re patient, annoying if you’re not.

Booked at like 11pm after a last-minute change and expected a headache, but the team fixed my date in minutes — honestly that alone made the trip. I dropped my bag the next morning; place is a short walk from main station (about 8–10 minutes) though there's a tiny back stop maybe three minutes away. Neighborhood felt calm, lots to see nearby.
