The first place I tried to store my stuff was closed, which was a real pain. The support team helped me out by finding another spot at a gym, which was fine. But when I went to pick up my stuff, there were some problems - the staff didn't know how much longer I could leave my stuff there, and they couldn't speak English. I had to get help from someone who spoke Italian to figure everything out.
