    Amazing fantasy pictures!

    Mule mugs for event

    I needed to buy some mule mugs for a party I have coming up, so I thought I'd order them from this place. I reached out to customer service to make sure the mugs would get to me on time, and they suggested I do priority shipping. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought (5 days) to process my order, I did end up getting the mugs just in time for the party. Next time, I'll make sure to plan ahead better when I order from here.

    Monster Vision toy purchase

    As my son was looking through the catalog, he spotted this really cool Monster Vision toy and got super excited about it. I wasn't completely sold on it, but we ended up ordering it for his birthday anyway. Unfortunately, when the toy arrived, it was not as awesome as it had seemed in the catalog. The whole return process was a letdown too, with extra shipping costs that we hadn't counted on. It was a good learning experience for my son about not falling for misleading advertisements, but it definitely wasn't the birthday present we had in mind.

    Essential oils and diffuser

    I ordered some essential oils and a diffuser online, but it never showed up. I tried calling and emailing the company multiple times, but they never got back to me. It was frustrating dealing with their lack of response and poor customer service. In the end, I had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge since I couldn't get anywhere with the company themselves.

    Bath towels

    I just bought some bath towels from this store, and I was kind of bummed out. The description said I would get 2 towels, but when I got my order, it only had one towel per item in my cart. I reached out to customer service about the mix-up, and they admitted their mistake but didn't do anything to make it right. They wanted me to send the item back in its original thin bag, which meant a trip to the post office. I was really disappointed in how they handled it, no accountability at all.

    Faulty sensors

    I hate this equipment. They keep sending me sensors that don't work. This is the third time I've tried to set up a DIY alarm system at home and I've never had issues like this before. I think it's time to find a different company.
