Bracelet purchase
I came across an ad on social media that caught my eye, so I decided to purchase a bracelet. When it arrived, I was pleased with how quickly it was shipped and its appearance. However, after wearing it for only 20 days, I noticed that the clasp was starting to change color. I reached out to customer service and sent them pictures, but at first, they said they couldn't see any issue. After sending more pictures, they claimed that I must have gotten it wet, even though I only wash my hands during the day. They suggested that I remove the bracelet every time I wash my hands, which isn't really practical. Their solution was for me to send the bracelet back at my own expense and pay an additional $6 for a clasp replacement, which I thought was unreasonable considering I paid nearly $100 for the item. When I asked for a refund, they flat out refused. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company, as it seems they sell overpriced, low-quality products.

Gummies for anxiety and muscle relief
So, uh, I've been using these gummies for anxiety and muscle relief, and they're like my favorite because they don't have that extra sugary coating on the outside that a lot of gummies have. Who needs all that extra sugar, you know? And, oh my god, they gave me a free gift with my order, which was totally awesome because I wouldn't have tried capsules on my own. Who doesn't love getting free stuff, right? Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from them again!

No tax invoice or receipt
I just bought something from that store, but was bummed out because they didn't give me a receipt or tax invoice. I tried hitting up their customer service through email and live chat, but they took forever to get back to me. The customer service was just okay, if I'm being honest. But hey, at least my order showed up pretty quickly!

Fresh and varied meal options
The food this service gives us has been really fresh and diverse, which is a nice break from the usual cooking routine. But I do wish they provided more detailed nutrition info on the labels. They give us the macros, but what about the salt, sugar, fiber, and other important stuff? I pay attention to those details, it would be helpful to know. It would also be awesome if we could personalize some of the meals. I'm not big on super sugary breakfasts, so being able to pick my own preferences would make it even better. And for those who like spicy food but can't handle too much heat, having the option to add hot sauces on the side would be a nice touch. Lastly, the excessive use of plastic packaging bothers me. Using recyclable, BPA-free, and chemical-free packaging would be a lot better and align with the whole healthy eating idea.

Brake springs replacement
I had to swap out the springs in my TT bike brakes, so I found the replacement parts at Swinnerton Cycles. I wasn't totally sure if they would work, but I figured I'd give it a go. Turns out, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were - I put in the order on a bank holiday Monday, they sent the parts out on Tuesday, and I got them in my hands by Wednesday at lunchtime. Their service was seriously impressive. And guess what? The parts fit like a glove and now my brakes are back to their smooth self.
