Unaccompanied minor flight booking
I tried to book a flight for my 13-year-old son all by himself from Copenhagen to Lyon. It was a bit of a challenge going through the booking steps, so I decided to call customer service. I got mixed messages about whether I could add on the UMNR service for the connecting flight. Even though I was told I would get a complete refund for canceling the booking, I only received a small portion of what I had originally paid. On top of that, it was tough communicating with the customer service team in Delhi due to the language barrier, which left me feeling pretty frustrated. Overall, it was a letdown and now I'm not too keen on booking with this airline in the future.

Bracelets and earrings purchase
I recently bought a couple of bracelets and a pair of earrings from this company, and let me tell you, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. The bracelets were not great quality at all - you could see globs of glue all over them, making them impossible to wear for anything fancy. The earrings were just okay, nothing special. I decided to give them one more chance and ordered a necklace, which showed up on time, but I was still unimpressed with the jewelry. The shipping took forever, over two weeks just to go from Toronto to Windsor. And don't even get me started on their customer service - there's no real person to talk to and they take way too long to respond to emails. When I tried to cancel an order, they didn't give me my money back, so I had to get Paypal involved to fix it. Overall, a really disappointing experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.

Advertised as a funky Nepalese like sweater pieced together fun and stylish piece of clothing. Received was a squeeze nylon sublimated poorly printed replica of what it should have been.
I was a fool to trust this company knowing that after 2 months of ordering it still hadn't arrived.
I live in Canada and I have to pay for shipping to return it to China!! What a crock. This company is horrible. Don't get ducked in like I did. Save your money. Don't buy here. It is carp clothing at its worst.
