Unique toiletries
I recently bought some cool toiletries from this company, but I gotta say, my experience wasn't the greatest. They have some hard-to-find stuff, which is awesome, but the slow shipping and not-so-great customer service really put a damper on things. I ordered from them twice, and both times it took forever for my stuff to even ship out. It ended up taking over 2 weeks to get my items, which just isn't cool in today's fast-paced world. On top of that, they need to update their inventory system because some things that were supposed to be in stock were actually out of stock, causing more delays and confusion. I think I'll need to find a different place to get my unique toiletries from now on.

Bike purchase
I was really pumped to snag a new bike from Swinnerton Cycles, but it turns out they didn't even have it in stock! They told me it was in their warehouse, then I got an email saying they needed to get it from the supplier. Sounds like some shady business to me!
