I purchased shoes from the website to…wear to a wedding, but the shoes didn't fit, arrived months late, and couldn't be returned
I purchased shoes from the website to wear at an upcoming wedding (two months time). The shoes looked nice from the website and they advertised free returns. The shoes arrived after 4.5 months, so too late for the wedding. Although they look like they were made nice, the shoes were too narrow to fit on my feet. I contacted them about the free return and they stated that there were lots of caveats to the easy free return. After 3 months of fighting with them, they said they would accept a return, but then never followed up. I had to go thru my bank to finally get my money back. It was a huge ordeal and not worth the effort. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buy anything from this company! Since I couldn't wear the shoes, I donated them to a homeless shelter. What a waste of time & effort!!
