    Prescription glasses with progressive lenses

    Do not purchase progressive lenses from this company. My RX multifocal progressive lenses are only clear if I look forward, there is no peripheral vision at all. I contacted them to return the glasses and get a refund and this is the answer I received:
    “ the visible area of the progressive lens is in the middle, and the two sides of the lens are invalid areas.
    If you can't accept it, do you need to replace the lens with a single vision lens?”
    I have been wearing multifocal lenses for 10 years and they all provided peripheral vision clarity. The response from lensmart indicates that they are not competent in providing this product. Now, I am out of my money and without proper prescription glasses.

    I will never ever buy shoes from this company ever again. I bought a pair of shoes that cost over $200 and the heal of one of the shoes came entirely off. Shoes that expensive should not have that happen. They will not replace or offer to repair. The shoes were hardly warn as we were in lockdown for half of the time and it was also winter. Their warranty is only good for 30 days. Despite the circumstances the world was in they wouldn't offer some sort of compensation. Scam.

    Portland Trailblazers Bookbag

    My preteen daughter ordered the Portland Trailblazers bookbag as a gift for Christmas for a family member. The bag arrived two days later than promised, which meant we left town before the bag arrived. Upon return we opened the bag to wrap and ship and found an Oklahoma bookbag instead. We ordered through Amazon, who lists they just ship the product, Amazon refunded us as the gift arrived late and we now have to pay for shipping. They suggested once we informed them that the bag was wrong, to reach out to Foco, who blamed Amazon. We will absolutely never purchase anything from them moving forward.

    Well,not as expected but in my first case everything gone good as recommended tests cleared by doubts and didn't noticed anything negative as I read many reviews almost customers find disappointed by services I am not an expert who can decide good or bad by first negotiations I was fortunate who had good observation
    But unfortunately in second case (after three months) I really faced negative value if doctors who prescribed pharmacy and response were very bad I contacted them immediately and raised my complain with team requested to make an alternative shop but despite positive assurances and feedback nothing could managed
    Hence I would like to request Health Tap executives to take it seriously and ensure no such repetition in future.

    The shoe is beautiful - the leather is soft and buttery BUT the strap that goes over your foot is WAY too loose. I contacted Beek customer service and they recommended that I purchase felt shoe inserts from Amazon (actually sent me a screen shot for the exact Amazon item). I did what they recommended but it didn't help. I contacted them again and they were gracious with offering me a refund or exchange (it's been over 6 weeks since I first received them). I'm thrilled with their customer service, but I can't be the only one that had this issue. I have a normal width foot, but there are only a couple other reviews about the shoes being too loose. While researching the shoes, I found that at one time Beek actually made pads to put in their shoes because they were too loose. Why don't any of the reviews reflect this? I am not sure if I can trust the reviews - everyone raves about ALL the shoes, but that might be too good to be true.

    I ordered two desks 4 months ago and the shipping date was "2-10 days". Since then they have been emailing me every 2 weeks postponing the shipping date. It's been 4 months and they just emailed me that the new shipping date is in 4 weeks. This is not okay! If you don't have the product in stock, don't say that you do on your website to get the money from people! This is so unprofessional, my family and I needed those desks for working and studying. Don't bother ordering anything on their website, just order at IKEA or amazon if you actually want to receive the product. It's a scam!

    I am having the same exact problem with this company now. I made an order on Nov. 10 -- I received an estimated shipping of 5-10 business days (2 weeks). I was alright with that. Then, I received an estimated shipping day of Nov. 26. That day comes and passes, I get another email telling me estimated shipping is Dec. 22. On Dec. 28th I called, and they tell me they cannot cancel my order as the item was "supposed to ship" but they cannot provide me with a shipment tracking information. Customers service assured me they would email me my shipping # within 24 hours. Come 27 hours later, I'm on the phone again Dec. 29, asking them to cancel my order. I get email confirmation that I've requested my order to be cancelled but they have to confirm it hasn't shipped. Look - either give me a shipping # that shows the package is en route to me, or cancel my order and refund my money. It's that simple. I'll be reporting this company to the BBB.

    I ordered a lamp and cancel the order on January 25, a Monday, they process it the same day and said I should receive the confirmation soon, it never came. I have email customer service 4 time, I woke up this morning with a tracking number from FedEx, they crazy but I will not be accepting it.
