Phone qualification
I was pretty unsure at first, but my time with Surveoo turned out to be really cool. The chance to maybe get a new phone was a big deal. I think it's awesome how dedicated the company is to making a positive impact worldwide. They really deserve some props for that. I feel lucky to have been able to take part in something that matters.

Rash guard for swimming
I can't believe how bold this company was to mislabel their sizes. I ordered a rash guard in a size S/M, thinking it would fit like a small or medium, but it was more like a large! It's so frustrating to get clothes that don't match the size chart on their website. And on top of that, I had to pay for shipping both ways for it to get here and back, which is crazy. And let's not forget the whole ordeal of trying to return it, they really pushed for store credit instead of a refund. Overall, I'm really let down by the lack of attention to detail and customer service from this brand.

Hey man, I've got these two leather recliners, right? One's been with me for 15 years, the other just 5. And let me tell you, the old one still looks way better than the new one. It's still super comfy and the leather's holding up like a champ. But that new one? Man, it's falling apart already. The arms are squished, the seat is sinking, and the leather is peeling off. Like, seriously, what's up with that? I'm not even that big and it's looking like I've been going at it in a wrestling match every day. So disappointing, bro.

The image editing service trial was a huge letdown. I wanted to spruce up an old black and white photo during their free 3-day trial, but the photos they sent back were unrecognizable. I canceled my account just an hour in when I realized it wasn't up to snuff, but they still charged me after the trial ended. When I tried to get a refund, they said no dice. The whole experience left me feeling pretty cheated and let down.

My package arrived damaged, melted, a sticky mess. I sent them a picture and they refunded my money. The package was attracing bugs, it was nasty. I threw it away. Then they REVERSE my refund. Now they want the package back. They never told me this. They just gave me a refund without me asking. They gave a refund to make me happy, so I do not complain. Then they reverse the refund. So now I have no recourse. This is FRAUD.

When I did find an address, it comes to a UPS store and a Postal Center USA (1 Hardy Rd, Bedford, NH 03110) and not the actual company address. The owner's name is nowhere to be found. This is shady. Real shady. I've contacted the US Federal Trade Commission on this one.

O Scale Lionel Pass cars
I took a chance on ordering with Trainz because i couldnt pass up the price on the cars. Ordering, delivery all that stuff was fine. The cars were packaged nicely (being in original boxes and original shipping carton probably helped them survive the trek.) My one criticism is their rating of products. I recommend closely examining their photos (some of which are poorly focused) and checking their description/rating. I've see alot of their stuff on ebay rated excellent or like new with very obvious major defects. Sure enough my particular cars matched their rating as far as looks - practically new however...when the trucks were entirely out of alignment. Removing the body shells revealed both cars had warped frames that looked like an ocean wave. I was able to carefully straighten them and they are fine now but this was not accounted for in their product description. Glad i waited until they marked down the price before purchasing.

Called customer service who told me PetFlow had canceled the order because it was flagged as fraudulent by “them” ! Not my bank ! I will “never” use this company again and highly suggest you think twice and read the other reviews before ordering.

At first glance this idea seems like a great one, but after receiving the bag you can just buy a laptop back for a quarter of the price and the insert you can also buy for a quarter of the price. So, I realized it was not for me, i returned the item on Oct. 29th and it took almost 2 weeks to even get back to the company, and now it's been almost another two weeks after they have received it and i still haven't received my refund. And all i get from "Customer Service" is we apologize we are experiencing high amounts of calls we will process your return as soon as we can. I would not buy from this company; they are a joke and don't take customer service seriously.

I was leery and called customer service, he told me not to worry even though it comes from Singapore it only takes 10 days to two week. He was very kind and professional. I saved so much money shopping here and the shipping was free so I ordered, I am so happy I did! The package came in only 9 days and in good shape. The product was sealed, fresh, and genuine. No issues! I will order from this site from now on!!

Very happy with them. Look and feel good. Took a few weeks to arrive but they're made to order which takes time and shipping is slow all over the world. I would suggest you order the size you usually wear instead of relying on the website guide. I ordered a size and a half over what the website measurement guide said and they fit the way I like-- I have to put orthotics into my shoes so I need some extra room, and I like my shoes loose.

I love this option for my Revolution. I’ll happily wait 2 weeks or longer to save $150. The cost is 1/2of what the product is here in the USA. It goes first to the UK and then heads back across the ocean to the US. Amazon may have spoiled us with time, but this company is spoiling me with $aving$ !!

There are no negatives here. I had a great online purchase experience. From the time I ordered my cigars and receive the package at home, I received four or five emails, giving me my order confirmation, my UPS tracking number, shipping updates, and delivery confirmation. I'm finding it difficult to find my favorite cigars elsewhere online, so I took a chance in spite of the bad reviews, and I loved it. I have smoked only one of the cigars, which was perfectly humidified, perfectly constructed and never had to relight. Some of my other online cigar stores over-humidify their cigars and they're almost unsmokable for months. These were inspected by me, found to be flawlessly packed, and placed immediately into my humidor. I can't wait to smoke cigar #2.

Part of the problem is my fault I mixed out of stock items with in stock items, and now that those items are out of stock. I don't know when they will ever be back or not back at all. The pre order items are taking a very long time, and I'm unable to cancel orders very inconvenient. They need to do regular updates of when these items come in this is probably why scalpers make more money than they do on some of these items. No other store has a problem with shipping out other items in orders it doesn't make any sense. If it is a money issue than your losing more money waiting to have items go out of stock that could be in stock already, and shipped out. I really would like to get these items but the longer I wait the less enthused I feel about keeping these two orders.

Very disappointed! Order shoes for my sister in-laws wedding. We paid for expedited shipping, which cost more than the shoes and they didn’t make it in time. When I would try to call I would get a recording and no one ever returned my calls. They replied to my email saying they had be picked up by carrier and left a tracking number, however, the tracking number always said waiting for shipment! Today is her big day and she has no shoes! I would not recommend them and I will never buy here again.
This is my concern I ordered a jacket & vest for my wedding, and I'm getting no where I over paid and paid for express services but all I get is its still being pulled! I ordered my other half on another site on the same day, and its already arrived, looks like I'll have to reorder what I bought on this site because don't think I'll get it by August 21st my big day, there's no reassurances given by this company, and I'll ask for my express delivery money back since their not honoring their part of express delivery? Glans Ring with Pressure Ball
The quality of the item seems good. However; despite a 100% satisfaction guarantee, when the item arrived damaged upon delivery I had to argue with them top get them to stand behind their product and finally accept that they needed to correct the issue. There was/is damage to the surface of the ring, as well as the ball has popped out. This is a ball that while being a captive bead, is not supposed to come out. The amount of pressure that would be necessary to replace the ball would require specialized tools for opening and closing rings as this is not a piercing by any means. As such, they are still requiring that I pay shipping to return the damaged item, and are only offering a store credit. The store credit would be fine if I was not already fed up with having to fight them on this, and now being expected to pay to ship this back.

While I must admit that the products themselves are seemingly of high quality, I got to know a manager of the store who was always very friendly and nice and would talk to me for an hour at a time. Well, it became a habit of mine to come into the store after work or on my days off to say hello to him and any other employees.
But then he left the store to work somewhere else, and it must've been my mistake to continue to act like a friendly and talkative person to the remaining employees, because after about a week of coming into the store nearly every day after he had left I was banned from the store for "making female employees feel uncomfortable." And I want to be as clear as sunshine here, I said the same exact lines that typical employees would ask me: "How is your day doing?", "Do you have any plans today?", "Are you from around here?"
Then, out of the blue, I come in one day and introduce myself to the new manager. I say "Hi, I'm ----, I'm your previous manager's best customer" and I kid you not she tells me this without any context at all "You're ----? We won't be serving you anymore. You'll have to leave the store right now."
I called and emailed customer service like a dozen times and was told that they're still investigating. Then finally a week later, I was sent an email by the executive manager of Rodd & Gunn to not try to contact any of the employees anymore and not to go into the store. I basically came to the conclusion that the employees here must be seemingly-paranoid and seemingly-delusional to think that me coming in every day to be nice and talk was somehow a form of harassment. I even sent him an email telling him to investigate me, look at surveillance, call other stores that I go into nearly every day, in order to prove that I'm just a nice and respectful person, but he completely dismissed that idea. I even recommended to him that he reach out to provide psychiatric support to these employees.
So it seems to me that if you want to buy from a company that treats customers like they're criminals, then go ahead and buy from thisReview about: SmallThings

I wasn't careful when disassembling a Lionel Large Scale 0-6-0 and the spring and brush went flying, never to be found again. Trainz rescued with me with the correct part. The only real annoyance was shelling out $5 for shipping for a $2 part.

I bought $100 worth of clothing from bellelily. I recieved products that look nothing like the picture they advertise. The quality is so horrible. It looks like cheap Halloween costume material. And the sizing is not right. They will not refund your items. They tell you that it costs them too much to give me a full refund and only offer 15%. But im throwing away $100! My items are going in the trash! And they won't admit they fasley advertised. They do not care about their customers and would rather their customers lose money. The only truth in this thread is from Joe, Ashley and Sue. Bellelily is borderline fraud with their "business" practices. Not worth the deceptively low prices. Further complaint to China gov't for subsidizing shipping for companies like this to get products out...while we can't get the crap back to them without paying triple the item value or more.
This company is 100% scam (my opinion). Ordered shirts and didn't fit properly and now they are claiming I didn't measure right and I got what was asked for. Too, top that the shirts were (are) very poor quality. So true, you get what you pay for. I want to return them but they are dragging out responses so 7 days will pass. I will end up with this crap and out money. Never again.

Bellelily's clothes and shoes are cute and priced reasonably. I had an issue with the way I measured prior to purchasing a product. Customer Service was great helping me to exchange the product. I will definitely purchase from Bellelily again.I ordered a pantsuit the first week in June and it still has not arrived. I contacted the company via their site and have not gotten a response back yet. I paid my money and got NO PRODUCT!!!

I use to think that this was the absolute best site ever. U never had a problem with receiving my orders and always got them in a timely manner. I recently made an order and it said it was delivered and after contacting them I basically got am email giving me the customer service number for USPS because it was no longer their problem I did not receive my order or was my problem. After stating I still feel it was their problem I was told to have a good night at 2pm in the evening. The customer service rep I received these emails from goes by the name of Carla. I will no longer recommend the site to anyone I know due to this one extremely upsetting interaction with the inky problem i have ever had. Thanks for taking my $60+ of my hard earned money

Arm shields and face shields
I made my order in early April and it took over a month to get a shipping confirmation and recieve the order. I tried to contact customer service multiple times via email, live chat, and social media to find out what was going on and if I couod opt for a refund instead. No correspondence was ever returned until the order shipped out. When I received the order 4 of the items were wrong...completely different arm shields than the ones I ordered. The vehicle antenna package was beat up and the contents jostled as if they had been taken out and hastily shoved back in the box from a previous return. Everything was shipped in a shitty plastic bag after I paid shipping.
