Swimsuits
I ordered 4 swimsuits (None of them fit they were too small)
I had tu return them and the only offered 3 options (non of them full return)
After I chose the option of paying 1/2 price for other suits, they had me choose three styles to then say they were not available, yesterday I received 2 suimsuites and ordered and one that in not close to my taste. emailed Leon (Support) who is the person that has helped me so far with the return and he/she ghosted me. Which means they lets me with a bunch of swim suites that did not fit, no response and a bunch of money wasted. Do no but from them you will regret it.Review about: Simply Organic Bamboo
Duvet Cover
I was given the wrong duvet cover size. When I reached out to see if i could exchange it, i was told i would have to buy another one and THEN they would send me the return label. I did and they have completely gone radio silent. Scam

I ordered WHITE shoes. They sent me Beige. They want me to pay for the return shipping and won't refund my money until I do so. Very difficult to work with and at one point just sent me a smiley face in response to my statement that I should not have to pay for their mess up. SCAM company! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

La Scala Red Maxi Kaftan Dress
I love colorful textiles and am mindful about the source from which I purchase my clothes. I was excited to receive my La Scala Maxi kaftan and, when I opened the package, out fell two copies of the magazine pages in which the Pax Philomena dresses have been featured, a lovely handwritten note by Jean Marie, a swatch of red fabric, a catalog, and my dress. There was so much love in how everything was arranged and it also transpired genuine pride in the brand and what it stands for. I like these personal touches, lost in all the commercialism of fast fashion, and the care with which my kaftan was made (I received a couple of compliments when I wore it yesterday for the first time). I will definitely buy more dresses from Pax Philomena.

White mules
I have four pairs of shoes from EGO, and I’ve ordered them different times. The shipping does take about 10 -14 days to receive, but I order a lot of items from the UK and never expect them from the shipping proposed date, especially with COVID-19 changes in deliveries. My most recent order was on April 4th, and I received my order on April 22nd. The faux leather, FUND, square shoes I ordered runs slightly big (it’s such a cute shoe), I should have purchased a size down, or a 9.5 would’ve been perfect if they made it. With all these negative reviews for returns etc, I’m nervous to return them for a different size lol; I hope EGO fix their internal operations. Overall, I haven’t had any issues with them so far (fingers crossed). I would order from them again. The shoes are beautiful!
There was no place edit my review, so, correction, I purchased on March 4,2021 and received my order on April 22nd. Even though the shipping took over a month, I still stand by my other details. I am awaiting another order which is now pass 14 days - over EGO’s proposed delivery time.

Horrible customer service. I bought some (overpriced by the way) items and they arrived with chinesse size. I have been waiting for more than a month to receive an address and return them.

Very disappointed! Order shoes for my sister in-laws wedding. We paid for expedited shipping, which cost more than the shoes and they didn’t make it in time. When I would try to call I would get a recording and no one ever returned my calls. They replied to my email saying they had be picked up by carrier and left a tracking number, however, the tracking number always said waiting for shipment! Today is her big day and she has no shoes! I would not recommend them and I will never buy here again.
This is my concern I ordered a jacket & vest for my wedding, and I'm getting no where I over paid and paid for express services but all I get is its still being pulled! I ordered my other half on another site on the same day, and its already arrived, looks like I'll have to reorder what I bought on this site because don't think I'll get it by August 21st my big day, there's no reassurances given by this company, and I'll ask for my express delivery money back since their not honoring their part of express delivery? I won't be ordering from a company who fails their customers, next time I'll read reviews 1st before ordering anything, sadly disappointed ????

Hi I am giving mostly 5 stars though I return the product. First customer service was excellent and both order and delivery. I did give a 3 star due to the price and me having to pay for return postage. I received the 6 months deal good vibe and sweet dreams..
I tired it for over a month and I didn't notice any change in my pain. I suffer from fibermanga and neuropathic and muscle weakness and swelling numbness in hands.
I have tried every product out there and nothing helps. I am sure that it works for some but sorry to say it did not help me. I am not writing this review to give a negative one that just to report that it wasn't right for me and sure that would help others. They gladly gave me a full refund no question asked so this is one of the reason for the review that they stand by the money back guarantee and I was credited back immediately to my card and I would like to thank them for that because I rarely find this with all other online orders as where the lie over charge for products and steal you credit card info and do auto charges that it impossible to fix.

Cheaters!!!!!! Bought a new phone online, paid also the fast delivery. First surprise: i had to pay another 55€ for custom fees. Second surprise: it arrived with a pixel broken. I immediately wrote them to arrange the expedition back and ask for a refund. I paid a cheap expedition because the manager, Kyra was the name, told me that she could lose her job if the cost was higher. Once it arrived in China they started to take time and not refund it saying that their supplier was closed and secondly because the chinese new year vacation. After 1 month, no refund arrived on my credit card. I'm forced to go to police station to make a denounce for froud.
I will do by best on all my channel in order to ruin your business

I really am surprised at the negative reviews. My experience with this product has been great. It's super simple to pause or cancel subscription. I ordered on subscription to get cheaper price, but cancelled right after so I wouldn't forget. But this product has been BY FAR the most effective CBD product for my condition. I had long covid with some nerve damage and had adrenal issues so I felt like I had through the roof anxiety too often. I discovered this product as a sample packet in a tea order and I want even expecting the results because I knew nothing about cbd prior to this. Since that time I became a connoisseur of all cbd on the search for the most effective... I've bought the most expensive, highest cbd rating, I bought gummies, oils, isolates, Tommy Chongs nano..... Nothing works like this Caliper powder for anxiety and nerves. It works fast and their is no side effects. I have just signed back up for the subscription with 20% discount!!! The taste is not terrible compared to the benefits.. most oils have a much worse aftertaste!

3 pair of glasses
I ordered three pair of glasses. Ordering was easy. The tracking information was never updated. I randomly received them about three weeks later. USPS still hasn’t updated the tracking info to say delivered. Customer service is giving me the run around about returning and refunding my order for incorrect PD measurements.
Did not like them. They look fake and did not film. The material they are made of is weak . PD is 53. I want my money back.

They’re located in China, so time zones are different. The emails they sent me I received around 2am here in Texas, but it says 3pm in China. Try emailing.

Customer service absolute worst ever. I would advise people dont buy. I have been calling for 2 days they do not answer. I sent an email to cancel 10 minutes after I placed the order and they have yet to respond that they have done that for me this seems to be a big scam they are ignoring my request I will never buy another product from them in recommend no one else to buy from them
They’re based in China, so it could be because of the time difference. They’re 12-15 hours ahead of the US depending on your time zone. I’d advise emailing them.

Frame with standard glasses
I ordered glasses four months ago and still haven't got my order. They're customer service number sucks. Every time I called I got no answer. When I emailed them it took almost two weeks or longer for them to reply.
Email them again. The tracking information never updated for me, and then I randomly got them one day. My PD measurements were not right in the lenses, and I emailed them about it. They never replied, so I emailed again and got a response.

Ordered almost a month ago and was sent an email saying order has been shipped and a tracking #. After a week I tried to track the package an nothing appeared. When I send emails it is the same automated response and to date i have not received my purchase and still cannot track it. I will never order from this site again

This is also happening to me. They sent me a tracking number but i am not able to track it. I am so not ordering from this site or the others that often advertise on facebook. This happened with Meirdress. They took my money and never received my items. I reported them. I will also report this company to the attorney general as fraudulent if i do not receive my order in one week!!!
