    Vibe wand and some handcuffs

    I ordered back in December, expecting my item to ship in 3-5 business days as mentioned. However it’s been over 2 weeks and it’s still not in transit. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service with no response. Glad I didn’t spend more than I already did. Not expecting to recieve my product any time soon based on previous reviews.

    Will not be buying from here again. It is a scam!

    the service was good. They shipped right away on 1/18/2020 it is now 2/18/2021. Have not received shipment yet. I not order from them again.

    They shipped 1/ 19 it is now 3/3 still have not received my order. They contacted me on 2/19 after I complained. Said it would be here the next week. Been almost 2 weeks since then. But only took one day to take the money out of my bank. I guess that is money I have lost. Ifi were I do not recommend this company.

    You've stated twice that they did indeed ship your order. That would put the problem in the hands of the shipping company, not the company you purchased from. It sounds like you never contacted the company for a resolution, only came here to complain. They have no way of knowing you didn't receive your order unless you stay in contact with them. Make sure your complaining about the right people causing the problem.

    Mel, if you want to get technical, in almost all transactions, the seller is responsible for the item until it reaches the customer. So the seller whether it be a company or something like ebay should be tracking the item and making sure that the shipping carrier delivers the package, and when if the package is lost, it is the sellers responsibility to contact the carrier, claim the insurance if they purchased it with the shipping and send the seller a new product immediately. So the short of it, it is highly likely it is still AliVapes responsibility. Please don't come online and spread false information.

    FAKE Fendi Havana sunglasses

    I bought two pairs of Fendi sunnies in December. I used the first one in winter and the second one in summer. The second one’s frame melted under the sun!!!! It has been less than a year I have it and I only used it twice in summer.
    I contacted a representative of Fendi store and she also confirmed that the sunglasses were FAKE ans that is why the frame melted. Another reason why this is fake is that Trendsaavy didn’t replace it . Fendi representative told me SINCE IT IS LESS THAN A YEAR that I own the sunglasses Trendsaavy had to replace them if they refuse to repair it or to replace it is because it is a REPLICA and that is why Trendsaavy offeres me a credit of $50.

    It’s extremely unfortunate that people would write a review like yours. Firstly, you can find the Fendi Authorized Reseller official list online which does include Trend Savvy. They are a reseller of 100% authentic merchandise. Also, there is legitimately no company that would refund you an item months later.. When making a purchase, there are always time limits for returns, refunds, etc. Even with a financial instituition if you wish to open a claim; you have 100-days. This is a non-reliable review and completely incorrect.

    Actually Mel you are wrong. Trendsavvy stole money from everyone including costumers, vendors and yes they sold fakes. You’re just upset that you will actually have to pay for your clothes now instead of getting Free clothes from them. So go on bye
