Heating pad purchase
I bought a heating pad from Until Gone and when it came, it wasn't working right. I reached out to customer service and they quickly gave me a refund, but I was bummed that they didn't answer my question about whether all the heating pads were messed up or just the one I got. Not hearing back made me hesitant about ordering another.

Suit for a wedding
I got a suit for my cousin's wedding and man, it was a total disaster! Their customer service was terrible, had to talk to someone just to get some help. And you know what? I never even got my suit! They claimed they sent me an email, but I never received it. On top of that, they gave me the wrong tracking number. Definitely recommend shopping somewhere else, for real.

Great experience
I prefer to shop in physical shops but when my sister told me about Girotti and couldn't resist and order one pair of ankle boots. I was so excited to design them and sooooo happy when they arrived. My husband someties makes a jokes because I alway wear only them ( and believe me I have soo many pairs... :D ) Can't wait to order again!
