Poncho Aire
I really liked the poncho I got from this company, it was great quality with soft and durable material. Just wish the sizing was more accurate because it turned out to be bigger than I thought. Delivery was fast, though! They should offer more size options in my opinion. I'd still recommend this company for their top-notch products, but they should definitely consider adding more sizes to choose from.

Desk purchase
I'm really happy with the desk I bought—it's top quality. Looks like it's gonna last a long time, even with everyday use. Putting it together wasn't too hard, but some of the instructions were a little confusing, which slowed me down a bit. Most of the pieces were clearly labeled and fit together smoothly, though. Just took some extra time to realize one shelf was in the wrong spot. Luckily, customer service was super helpful when I reached out for help. They were quick to respond and guided me through fixing the issue. The desk arrived quickly and was packaged really well, so there was no damage during shipping. Issue with delivery address
I had a really bad experience at this store. When I ordered something, I put in my address like they asked on the website. But it turns out, I accidentally used the same address for billing and delivery, so my package went to an old address. Even though I noticed the mistake within a day, I couldn't reach customer service because their phones weren't working. I sent an email to explain, but they didn't update my address before sending out the package. The customer service team and DPD delivery service didn't own up to the mistake, so I had to pay extra to redirect my package to the right address.

I recently tried to make a purchase from this online pet care store to get some supplies for my furry friend. I was super bummed to learn that they don't ship to Canada, even though that's in their name. It was annoying to go through all the steps to pick out things, check shipping fees, and create an account, just to find out at the end that they can't send me my stuff. It felt like a big waste of time and made me feel kinda tricked. They should think about changing their name so this doesn't keep happening.
