Custom car mats
I have to say, I was seriously impressed by the custom car mats I got from this company. It was totally worth the wait and the money. The quality is amazing and their customer service was so on point. They really went the extra mile to make sure my mats were just how I wanted. I ended up buying two sets, one for my 2023 slingshot and another for my 2017 maxima, and they both turned out awesome!

Photo book purchase
I just bought a photo book and got a bit confused by the cover template, so I had to reach out to customer service for help. The reps were really awesome - super patient and helpful in walking me through everything. The photo book I got in the mail is seriously top-notch quality and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I'll definitely be ordering more stuff from these guys in the future.

E-cigarette purchase
I got this really awesome e-cigarette from Myst and it's seriously top-notch in quality and how well it works. The push-pull mouthpiece that's hidden is a neat feature, plus the e-liquid mixture is super smooth and gives a really satisfying vaping session. The staff there also gave me some great advice to help me pick out the perfect product for what I was looking for. All in all, I'm pretty darn happy with my purchase from Myst.

$200 sunglasses purchase
Don't bother buying those sunglasses. I wasted $200 on a pair and they were a huge letdown. The quality was terrible - smudges all over the lenses, flimsy plastic sides against fake metal, and frames that easily bend. The box they came in even seemed sketchy, no barcode or factory sticker. Save your cash and find some better quality shades.

Corporate gifts for new employees
I just used a company to make Chocolate Box Cards as welcome gifts for our new employees. Let me tell you, their customer service was amazing. The folks working behind the scenes really worked hard to make my idea a reality, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. New sweatshirt and stickers
Today was great at the store in the mall! There were these two employees who were really nice and helpful. They helped me pick out a cool new sweatshirt and some awesome stickers. They were super friendly and made me feel at ease. We even shared some jokes and laughs together. It's not often I come across such helpful employees, so shoutout to those two awesome people. I think their names were Becka and Dillion. I just want to say a big thank you to them for being so great!

Two dresses from online shop
I bought two dresses from an online shop that sells formal dresses not too long ago. Returning them was a bit of a hassle at first because the label vanished from my browser. Eventually, I got in touch with someone through WhatsApp since the shop doesn't have a physical store in California. When I finally got the right label, I sent the dresses back but there was no tracking info available. It seems like the shop is giving out fake labels on purpose to stop customers from tracking their returns. Sadly, both PayPal and eBay were no help when I tried to fix the problem.

Swimsuits
I ordered two swimsuits, neither of which fit, way too large, so their sizing charts are off, and when I tried to download a shipping return label (mind you, they deduct the return cost from your payment), it only says "Unexpected 500 Error," I cannot get anyone on chat, nor can I get a return label; seems like bad business practices to me (I put in the order number, my email and my zip code, but the system cannot fine me). Most displeased!
