Repair order not received
I sent my glasses in for repairs a while ago and I still haven't gotten them back. I reached out to customer service through chat and they said my glasses didn't make it back to their facility in New York. But later on, they told me my glasses were actually delivered back to me on May 6th, which isn't true. Since these are prescription glasses, I really need them and I'm pretty disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

I just tried out a professional resume writing service and I gotta say, it was kind of a mixed bag. My professor suggested it for an important assignment, but I was pretty let down when the template they gave me didn't let me make any changes or even download it to send to potential employers. So I ended up going back to good ol' Canva to make my resume, which was annoying because I was really hoping the professional service would come through for me.

Red Wings Pint Glasses
I bought a set of Red Wings pint glasses for my mom as a Christmas gift. But after washing them only a couple of times, the designs started fading. It was a bummer since I was expecting a better product. I was also annoyed that I couldn't give feedback on the website or reach customer service through email. On the bright side, Fanatics quickly gave my son a refund once they saw my review, which I'm grateful for. Thanks for fixing the problem.

Bad customer service
I was really upset when I tried to change my ticket and they wouldn't assist me at all. They told me I couldn't cancel or get a refund, and when I called the airline they also couldn't do anything to help. It felt like such a waste of my time and money. I definitely won't be booking with them ever again!

Recent pharmacy purchase
I went to the pharmacy the other day and boy was I let down by their service. The person working there was so rude and unhelpful, it made me wonder why they even had that job. They didn't even give me the right info about my prescription, and when I asked for clarification, they were totally dismissive. It was so frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer at all.
