White Fox Clothing Sets
I just bought two sets of white fox clothing from an online store. Everything seemed fine until I got a weird email from a different company saying I signed up for their services with a fake invoice attached. What?! It wasn't mentioned anywhere when I was checking out on the first website. Then they had the nerve to charge me over $100 for stuff that was way cheaper on the original site. I even have screenshots of my chat with their customer service, which didn't help at all. It's messed up how they're getting away with treating customers like this!

Easy booking experience
Booking my flight through this service was so easy! The customer service rep, let's call him "J", was super helpful and really listened to everything I needed. He was so chill and kept me in the loop the whole time. The service was top-notch and the prices were way better than other sites. I was seriously impressed with how well I was taken care of.

Recent order
Throughout all my years of shopping, I gotta say, I've never gone through something as frustrating and disappointing as dealing with this online store. I made an order, sent back the items right away with the tags still on, and what do I get? A partial refund. I called them multiple times and they promised me that the missing $200 would be back in my account within 5-10 business days, but it never happened. This level of screw-ups and their total disregard for customer service is just not okay with me. Count me out of ever shopping with them again.

Daughter's boots
I was searching for just the right pair of boots for my little girl when I came across this company. Little did I know the headache that awaited me after I bought them. I didn't think to read any reviews first, and man, was that a mistake. When the boots arrived, I got hit with an unexpected customs fee from UPS. What really got me steamed was that there was no mention of these extra costs on their website. It felt pretty shady to me, like they were trying to pull a fast one, and I felt totally ripped off as a customer. The whole ordeal really rubbed me the wrong way, and I definitely won't be shopping there again anytime soon.
