Flight re-booking by Joshua
The flight I had originally booked was full, which really stunk. But then this guy named Joshua Philips came to the rescue and managed to get me on another flight promptly. He kept me informed all weekend with emails showing the progress he was making. It was so great to have an actual person assisting me during this tense time. I was so worried it would turn into a disaster, but Joshua really came through for me. He's the reason I'll definitely use this service again. And he even gave me his direct work email - now that's some amazing customer service!
