Flight booking with unexpected circumstances
I found myself in a tough spot when my first flight was all booked up, but luckily Bruce came through for me. He hooked me up with a last-minute Delta flight at the same price as my original ticket. Not only did he help me save a bunch of cash, but he also spared me from the headache of having to figure out a plan B. I was really impressed by how focused and committed he was to making sure I found a good alternative. Bruce really went the extra mile to make sure I was sorted out, and I can't thank him enough for that.

Faulty tumbler purchase
I purchased a tumbler from you all a little while ago, and honestly, it's not very good quality. The lid keeps popping off, causing leaks all the time. I attempted to get it repaired through customer service, but it was a total mess. They initially said it was under warranty, so I shipped it back, only to have an employee say I was given the wrong information. Dealing with this situation has been a major headache.

Turbine purchase
The turbine I bought from you all worked just like you said it would. I've noticed it's more powerful when I use live steam instead of just compressed air. Right now, I'm working on building a diesel locomotive in G scale, and the turbine is gonna power the generator I got from you all too. I'm really happy with how well the product works and how good it is.

Cancelled order without notice
In general, my experience with the company has been pretty good. The furniture I got was good quality and the right size. But I was bummed when I found out that an order I placed a while back got canceled without me knowing. When I called customer service, the person said I asked for it to be canceled in an email, but I never did. They didn't admit to making a mistake and didn't offer any solution besides telling me to reorder at a higher price.
