Overseas flight booking experience
I just wanted to share a recent bad experience I had trying to book a flight abroad using an online booking site. The folks I chatted with were kind of tough to understand because of the language differences, and they didn't give me the right info about available flights. They even wanted to charge me more money to switch airlines! The only good part was this guy named Ryan who was helpful and could actually talk to me clearly.
