Two pairs of shorts
I just got two pairs of shorts from this store, one in each color. The whole ordering thing was super easy and my shorts got here real quick. They fit perfectly, just like the website said they would. And let me tell you, they're well-made and priced real nice, especially compared to other brands. Had a little hiccup with Paypal at checkout, but Sarah from customer service really helped me out and even gave me a discount. Overall, I'm really happy with everything and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Framed personalized song lyrics
I recently bought a framed custom song lyrics gift for my spouse, with our wedding song and date on it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it had the wrong name. I contacted customer service through text and got a response within ten minutes. They said sorry for the mistake and promised to send a corrected piece express. I was impressed by how quickly they handled it and felt like they really cared. The fixed piece is on its way and I'm grateful for the great service from Lime & Lou. I'm completely happy with my experience and will definitely order from them again.
