Review about: Shoe Palace
Athletic shoes
I recently got some new athletic shoes from Shoe Palace, and man, what a letdown. I mean, the ordering part was easy enough, but they charged me an arm and a leg for shipping - 11 bucks! And then, to top it off, they shipped my shoes late, so I had to wait even longer to get them. When the package finally showed up, it was a mess. The box looked like it had been through a tornado, with tape all over the place. And the shoe box inside was all beaten up too. I'm pretty sure that was all Shoe Palace's fault for not packing it right. I even took some pics of the shipping box before I opened it, just so I had proof of how bad it was.

I recently got a phone from Orchard Labs and the whole experience was great. The phone was in awesome condition and it was exactly what I was looking for. I also sold my old phone to them and got a good price for it. They kept me updated and communicated well throughout the whole process.

Purchased full workout kit in 2023
I gotta tell you, that full workout kit I got from Gymproluxe back in 2023 has really made a huge difference in my fitness routine. I've been using it every week and I've definitely noticed some major improvements in my strength and overall fitness. But, I hit a little snag recently when one of the bands broke during a workout. Super annoying, right? Well, when I got in touch with Customer Support, Sarah was super helpful and got a replacement sent out right away. I was really impressed with the level of customer service I got, they really went above and beyond to help me out. And as a bonus, I've been getting discount codes for future purchases as a loyal customer. Overall, I can't recommend Gymproluxe enough for their top-notch products and amazing customer service.

I've been having a hard time trying to return this mattress I bought weeks ago. Even though I got the RMA I needed, I can't seem to get Cariloha to respond to my emails so I can schedule a pickup. The deadline for the RMA is coming up, and I'm not sure what to do next about this mattress that I'm unhappy with.

I just wanted to share a frustrating experience I had. I bought some clothes online that turned out to be really boring in person, so I tried to return them. But, getting my money back was such a hassle! I waited forever and they were giving me a hard time, even after I showed them all the proof they needed. It was so annoying!

Recent purchase of a powerful bluetooth speaker
I recently splurged on this awesome bluetooth speaker and let me just say, it's seriously amazing. The battery life is killer, the design is sleek and modern, and the sound quality is just out of this world. And get this - it comes with two batteries, so now I can keep the tunes bumping all day without stressing about a dead battery. It's hard to believe a Bluetooth speaker can deliver such high-quality sound. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'm confident this speaker will stick around for a while. The customer service has been top-notch too. I ran into a small issue and they handled it quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated.

I wanted to buy some really cool clothes, but man, ordering them was a total pain! Every time I tried, they would send my stuff in a different way and it always took way longer than they promised. I can't believe it's already been two months and I still haven't received my order. And to make matters worse, there's been no reply from them on any of their social media pages. They've taken my money and now my Christmas gift plans are completely ruined. This company is a complete joke!

Dinnerware set
I got this adorable dinnerware set from this store, you know? I was really looking forward to using it, but man, when it showed up, the packaging was all messed up. Some of the dishes were broken and everything. I tried to get a refund, but the customer service was nowhere to be found. I emailed them, sent photos, called them like 4 times, and still didn't get any help. It was so irritating, like, for real!

Costume order gone wrong
I got this costume and boy, was it a mess! I made sure to order it with plenty of time before Halloween and even paid for quick shipping, but it still showed up late! And on top of that, the darn thing didn't even fit me right and had pieces missing. When I told them about it, they did nothing to fix it and wouldn't even give me a refund. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this store!

I just got my second pair of glasses from this website and let me tell you, they are awesome! The readers I got before just weren't cutting it, but these ones are perfect. The prescription is spot on and I love them so much. I'm definitely going to be getting all my glasses from here from now on.

I ordered some balls from this place and I got an invoice, but they didn't include any shipping info. I waited forever for the balls to show up, but they never did. I reached out to customer service and they said Fedex delivered to the wrong house. Now I'm in a mess, trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

Custom Lego instructions
I really enjoyed putting together the Lego set I bought. The instructions were super easy to understand and I had a blast completing the project. It was nice to have a challenge that let me be creative. The final build looks awesome and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. The instructions were really detailed, which made the whole building experience go really smoothly.
